Study On The Difference And Correlation Of Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound,Hemodynamic Parameters And Microvessel Density In Prostate Cancer And Chronic Prostatitis

Objective: To evaluate the microvascular density(microvessel,density,MVD),ultrasound parameters and hemodynamic parameters in prostate cancer(prostatic cancer,PCa)and chronic prostatitis(chronic prostatitis,CP)the difference and correlation,provide help for the diagnosis and prognosis of PCa and CP and the prognosis of PCa.methods: the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University2014-2015 prostate patients admitted to the Department of Urology in 68 cases of prostate transrectal ultrasound(Transrectal Ultrasonography,TRUS),obtaining hemodynamic parameters of prostate;Transrectal ultrasound imaging(contrast enhanced transrectal ultrasound,CETRUS),get the contrast parameters;ultrasound guided biopsy or surgical pathology and clear Gleason(Gleason)scores were measured by immunohistochemistry;MVD.Comparison between PCa group and CP group,PCa group and Gleason Gleason score 3+4score than group 4+3,MVD,ultrasound hemodynamic parameters difference;correlation of MVD and PCa in hemodynamic parameters,the parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound.Results: 44 cases of prostate cancer were confirmed by pathology,and CP was confirmed by pathology in 24 cases.The peak systolic velocity of PCa group and CP group(Velocity of flow in in systolic,Vs),resistance index(Resistance Index,RI),the initial strength(Basic intensity,B)and area under the curve(Area under the curve,AUC),peak intensity(Peak Intensity,PI MVD),the differences were statistically the significance(P < 0.05);PCa Gleason score= 28 cases in group 4+3,Gleason score less than 16 cases in 3+4 group,there was statistical significance between the two groups of Vs,RI,MVD difference(P < 0.05);PCa Vs,RI,Area and MVD have positive correlation(P < 0.05).respectively.0.578,0.688,0.737.Conclusion:Hemodynamic parameters,MVD,PCa and CP as parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of help;hemodynamic parameters,imaging parameters is higher,the higher the MVD value,the greater the likelihood of PCa;has certain value of hemodynamic parameters,MVD judgment on the prognosis of patients with PCa.
