Objective: To explore the clinical effect of combination of heparin and low dose aspirin and aspirin alone in the therapy of recurrent spontaneous abortion associated with antiphospholipid antibody synthesis. Methods: All articles were retrieved from Pubmed?Medline?CNKI?Wangfang electronic databases, using key words like " Aspirin","Low molecular heparin","Antiphospholipid antibody","Antiphospholipid antibody synthesis","Anticardiolipin antibody","Recurrent spontaneous abortion".Then Stata12.0 software was used for Meta-analysis,calculating the odds ratio(OR)and 95% confidence intervals. The heterogeneity analysis,Sensitivity analysis and Publication bias were enrolling the analysis. Results: Six clinical randomized controlled trials involving 433 cases were included in this study. The live birth rate of the combination therapy of heparin and low dose aspirin(80.0%)were higher than aspirin(63.59%)alone(OR2.75,95% CI 1.18,2.73,P<0.05).There is no statistical significance effect onthe preterm birth rate, caesarean section, minor bleeding and fetal growth restriction. Conclusion: The study show that combination therapy of low molecular heparin and aspirin improve the live birth rate higher than than aspirin alone in women who recurrent spontaneous abortion which associated with antiphospholipid antibody synthesis. |
