Clinical Study On Therapeutic Effect Of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Due To Antiphospholipid Syndrome With Syndrome Of Qi-Blood Deficiency By The Conjoint Treatment Of Taiyuan Decoction And Aspirin

Objective To compare the abortion prevention effects of Taiyuan Decoction combined with aspirin and aspirin alone on the success rate,clinical symptoms,D-D,PagT,four coagulation tests,aPL negative conversion ratio and other indicators of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)caused by antiphospholipid syndrome(APS)of deficiency of both qi and blood after pregnancy,and to explore the therapeutic advantages of Taiyuan Decoction combined with aspirin in such patients.Methods:From June 2019 to January 2021,60 pregnant women who met the diagnostic and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Observation group:Taiyuan Decoction Modified with aspirin enteric-coated tablets(25 mg,3 times/day),control group:oral aspirin enteric-coated tablets(25 mg,3 times/day).The two groups were compared in terms of the negative rate of aPL,D-dimer,platelet aggregation rate,coagulation rate,miscarriage rate,TCM symptom score,etc.,and the overall curative effect before and after treatment was evaluated.Results:1.aPL negative conversion ratio:There was no significant difference in the negative conversion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Coagulation indicators:After treatment,the platelet aggregation rate and FIB of the two groups were lower than those before treatment while APTT,PT and TT were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);the D-dimer of the observation group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the change of D-dimer of the control group before and after treatment showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).3.TCM symptom score and curative effect:After treatment,the TCM score of the two groups were significantly lower than before(P<0.05),the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).4.Success rate of abortion prevention:The success rate of abortion prevention in the observation group and the control group was 93.33%and 66.67%,respectively.The success rate of abortion prevention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.Comprehensive effective rate:As the total effective rate of clinical comprehensive efficacy in the observation group was 93.33%and 56.67%respectively,the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Taiyuan Decoction combined with aspirin can improve the coagulation status of early pregnant patients with RSA caused by APS,refine uteroplacental microcirculation,maintain the adequate state of embryos,and reduce the recurrence of abortion.2.Taiyuan Decoction combined with aspirin can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of early pregnancy patients with RSA caused by APS with deficiency of both qi and blood so as to improve the abortion prevention rate and to optimize the overall therapeutic effect.
