Objective: To investigate the relationship between IL-2,IL-10 and CD4 + T,CD8 + T cell levels and their balance with HBVDNA replication in different clinical types of chronic hepatitis B.Methods: 101 patients with chronic HBV infection were collected and divided into the following groups according to the clinical type: 46 patients with chronic hepatitis B(7 patients with mild hepatitis B mild disease,21 patients with moderate chronic hepatitis B,18 patients with chronic hepatitis B)IL-10,CD4 + T cell subsets were detected by ELISA and flow cytometry, and the expression of IL-2,IL-10 and CD4 + T cell subsets were detected by ELISA and flow cytometry in 30 cases of chronic hepatitis B group and 25 cases of chronic severe hepatitis B group.CD8 + T cell subsets,HBVDNA was detected by quantitative PCR,and SPSS software was used for logarithmic transformation.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in the correlation coefficient of IL-2 between HB-2 and chronic hepatitis B with mild, moderate, severe, chronic liver and liver cirrhosis(P> 0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in the correlation coefficient of HBVDNA between IL-10 and mild, moderate, severe, chronic liver and liver cirrhosis(P> 0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in the correlation coefficient of IL-2 / IL-10 with HBVDNA replication level between mild, moderate, severe, chronic liver and cirrhosis of chronic hepatitis B(P> 0.05).(4)There was no significant difference in the correlation coefficient of HBVDNA replication between CD4 + T cells and mild, moderate, severe, chronic liver and liver cirrhosis(P> 0.05).(5)The correlation coefficient of HBVDNA replication level between CD8 + T cells and mild, moderate, severe, chronic liver and liver cirrhosis was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).(6)There was no significant difference in the correlation coefficient of CD4 + / CD8 + T with HBVDNA replication in mild, moderate, severe, chronic liver and cirrhosis of chronic hepatitis B(P> 0.05).Conclusion:(1)IL-2,IL-10 and its balance were not significantly correlated with the replication level of HBVDNA in different clinical types of chronic hepatitis B;(2)CD4 + T,CD8 + T cells and their balance with different clinical types of HBVDNA Level was not significantly correlated.
