Objective:The research mainly detect the expression of thyroid transcription factor-1(TTF-1)and ki-67 in non-small cell lung cancer,statistics their relationship with the multiple clinical indexes,and through statistical software testing the relationship between them,in order to help us to know and understand the characteristics of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:Select 130 cases of non-small cell lung cancer hospitalized respiratory medical ward and cardiothoracic surgery department in yi ji shan hospital in wu hu in an hui province from January.2015 to June.2016(The sources of the tissue specimen are lung biopsy through bronchoscope?CT and by surgery,the diagnostic method is pathological examination).By immunohistochemical(Immunohistochemistry,IHC)method to determine the tissue specimens in the patients with thyroid transcription factor 1 and ki-67 expression,to explore the relationship between clinical features of patients and them,and determine the relationship between thyroid transcription factor-1 and ki-67.Statistical software is SPSS17.0.using chi-square statistics thyroid transcription factor-1 and ki-67 and the relationship between the parameters,using the rank correlation test to statistical the correlation between thyroid transcription facror-1 and ki-67.Results:1?The thyroid transcription factor-1 have higher positive rate in adenocarcinoma?female?high grade cellular differentiation ?I-II stage in NSCLC patients,and has nothing to do with age ?lymph node?smoking.2? Ki-67 have higher positive rate in smoking? low grade cellular differentiation,?lymph node metastasis in NSCLC patients,and has nothing to do with the pathologic type?gender?age?stage.2?The expression of thyroid transcription factor-1 and the expression of ki-67 has no obvious correlation(r=0.173,p>0.05).Conclusion:1?The thyroid transcription factor-1 is significant to the diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma.2?In NSCLC,women?differentiation and the higher the clinical stage earlier,thyroid transcription factor-1 expression positive rate is higher,thyroid transcription factor-1 may participate the invasion of NSCLC,may play an important role in some part of the invasion pathway of NSCLC.3?In NSCLC,the smoking patients,the lower differentiation patients,lymph node metastasis patients,ki-67 expression positive rate is higher.Ki-67 may be involved in invasion and metastasis of NSCLC,may play an important role in some part of the infiltration and transfer pathway of NSCLC.
