Background: Liver fibrosis is an important stage in the development of most liver diseases,early diagnosis of liver fibrosis classification is particularly important to develop personalized treatment program and reduce mortality.Liver biopsy is the "gold standard" for assessing the degree of liver fibrosis,but because of its existence of invasive,sampling error,not easy to repeat and other factors,resulting in patients difficult to accept,in clinical application has been significantly limited.Therefore,in recent years has been proposed a variety of non-invasive liver fibrosis diagnosis method.Objective:To discuss the research progress of non-invasive diagnosis of liver fibrosis.Methods:In "liver fibrosis;non-invasive diagnosis;serum biomarkers;imaging" and other Chinese keywords to find out the research of non-invasive diagnosis of liver fibrosis,such as "Liver fibrosis;non-invasive diagnosis;serum biomarkers;imaging" and other English keywords,At the same time,the diagnosis method is summarized.Conclusion: Non-invasive diagnosis of liver fibrosis is conducive to grading,early intervention,dynamic observation of treatment and prognosis assessment.
