Background and purposeCoronary heart disease risk factors such as: high blood pressure, dyslipidemia(total cholesterol is too high or low density lipoprotein cholesterol is too high, triglycerides are too high, high density lipoprotein cholesterol is too low),overweight / obesity, hyperglycemia / Unhealthy lifestyles include smoking, irrational diets(high fat, high cholesterol, high calorie, etc.),lack of physical activity, excessive drinking, and psychosocial factors.Adverse psychological behavior lifestyle on the impact of coronary heart disease more and more attention by medical workers, the current recognized type A behavior is an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease.A type of personality is called "coronary heart disease" character, that is,coronary heart disease patients with a high proportion of type A behavior. At present, there are literatures mentioned in the A-type behavior of patients with sympathetic nerve activation caused by abnormal hormone secretion and coronary heart disease related to this study is mainly based on the study of coronary heart disease type A behavioral serotonin and plasma catecholamines and RASS system of clinical analysis.Materials and Methods60 patients with coronary heart disease who were received from June 2014 to June 2015 were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into experimental group, control group,30 patients in each group. The patients in experimental group have type A behavior,The patients in control group have type B behavior. All the patients were treated with 5 ml of peripheral venous blood in the morning with fasting in the morning. After centrifugation, serum samples were collected to detect the levels of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system and serotonin, epinephrine,Norepinephrine plasma concentration.Data were analyzed by SPSS 14.0 software package. The statistical data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation(X ± S),with P <0.05 statistically significant.Results1.The plasma concentrations of serotonin, epinephrine and norepinephrine in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group(p <0.05).2.The incidence of ventricular premature beats in the experimental group was 33.33%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(6.67%),and the data were statistically significant(p <0.05)3.The levels of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone in patients with different cardiac function were different(p <0.05)and were positively correlated with cardiac function.ConclusionsCoronary heart disease incidence of type A behavior is its independent risk factors,A type of behavior in patients with tension,so that sympathetic nervous excitement, serotonin secretion increased plasma catecholamine levels will lead to reduced cardiac function, aggravating the condition.
