Research purposes:This article explores the relationship between blood glucose and autonomic nerve damage in patients with coronary heart disease by comparing HRV and plasma CA in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease and coronary heart disease.Research methods:To establish a strict inclusion exclusion criteria,30 patients with diabetes mellitus combined with coronary heart disease and heat syndrome were enrolled, and heart rate variability(HRV)and plasma catecholamine(CA)were performed in the diabetic group and the simple coronary heart disease group.Determination and comparative analysis to further verify the effects of metabolic abnormalities such as blood glucose on HRV and plasma CA levels in patients with coronary heart disease and heat syndrome.Research result:1.This study included 30 patients with sputum-type coronary heart disease and 30 patients with sputum-type coronary heart disease and diabetes. There were35 males and 25 females;11 patients aged 76-80 years,6 patients aged 71-75 years,8 patients aged 66-70 years,22 patients aged 61-65 years, and 11 patients aged 55-60 years old.2 cases of<55 years old;0 cases of underweight,20cases of normal weight,27cases of overweight,13 cases of obesity;15cases of severe smoking,45cases of mild smoking;72.50of resting heart rate with diabetes group ±9.92 beats/min,67.97±7.78 beats/min in the simple coronary heart disease group;51 patients with hyperlipidemia in the complication,9patients without hyperlipidemia;39 patients with hypertension in the complication,21 patients did not have hypertension.2.The score of the four-diagnostic information table of the syndrome of heat syndrome was 19.33±4.420in the diabetic group and 21.33±6.541 in the simple coronary heart disease group. The P value was 0.171,and there was no statistical difference.Among the single symptom scores, the upset was 2.27±0.785in the diabetic group and 1.47±1.042 in the simple coronary heart disease group. The P value was 0.001,which was statistically significant. The palpitations were 1.50±0.900in the diabetic group and 0.93±0.828,in the simple coronary heart disease group.P value was 0.014,with statistical difference.3.Seattle angina scale score, angina pectoris, combined with diabetes group was 77.3333±13.87961,simple coronary heart disease group was 68.6667±15.02488,P value was 0.024,statistically significant.4.heart rate variability analysis,rMSSD,combined with diabetes group was27.3333±14.04263,simple coronary heart disease group was 38.2333±20.75088,P value was 0.020,there was a statistical difference.PNN50,combined with diabetes group was 6.1667±7.61162,simple coronary heart disease The group was 10.8667±8.96635,and the P value was 0.033,statistically different.5.plasma catecholamine analysis,Ad,combined with diabetes group was 0.0800±0.05408,simple coronary heart disease group was 0.1256±0.10374,P value was 0.272,statistically significant.Analysis conclusion:1.Compared with patients with sputum-type coronary heart disease, the feelings of upset and palpitations in patients with sputum-type coronary heart disease and diabetes are more obvious.Concomitant diabetes is more likely to be disturbed by the heart and mind, and it is confusing and annoying.2.Compared with patients with sputum-type coronary heart disease and diabetes, patients with sputum-type coronary heart disease have more frequent angina pectoris. The scores of patients with sputum-type coronary heart disease were significantly lower than those of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus.3.Compared with patients with sputum-type coronary heart disease, autonomic nerve damage in patients with sputum-type coronary heart disease and diabetes is more serious.By monitoring heart rate variability,rMSSD and PNN50 in patients with sputum-type coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus are lower than those in patients with coronary heart disease.Diabetes mellitus is more likely to damage vagus nerve function.4.Compared with patients with sputum-type coronary heart disease and diabetes, patients with sputum-type coronary heart disease have higher adrenaline levels.
