Microcirculation refers to the microvascular circulation and lymph circulation between the micro artery,the micro vein and the capillaries,and is the central link of the circulatory system.In recent years,with the continuous development of micro-vascular analysis and measurement instruments and techniques,the understanding and research on the conjunctiva micro-circulation has been deepened.We can use optical coherence tomography angiography,retinal function imager,functional slit lamp bio microscopy the conjunctiva microcirculation was qualitatively and quantitatively measured to further understand the role of conjunctiva microcirculation in ocular related diseases.Current studies have confirmed that conjunctiva microcirculation has been used to assess systemic diseases such as Alzheimer's disease,sickle cell disease,cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and brain perfusion.Ball conjunctiva microcirculation in the diabetes-related eye disease,hypertension-related eye disease,dry eye,glaucoma and other ophthalmic diseases related to diagnosis and treatment also has an important role.This article will be on the conjunctiva microcirculation of the imaging progress and the diagnosis of the role of the disease for a brief overview.
