Objectives By investigating the occupational health status of a large state-owned company,To know the prevalence of chronic digestive diseases; In order to explore the influence factors of the main digestive diseases, and to master the baseline information for improving health promotion and prevention activities. Methods Based on the Jinchuan occupation cohort, the research population were selected by cluster sampling method.Descriptive and analytical research methods were used to explore the influence factors of chronic digestive diseases, the method of logistic regression was used to find the main risk factors, the method of Bootstrap was used to estimate the confidence interval of additive interaction. Results 1 The prevalence of chronic digestive diseases was47.11%,and 48.27%in male and 37.68%in female, the prevalence of chronic digestive diseases in male was significantly higher than that in female(x2MH=11.169,P=0.001).The fatty liver, chronic gastritis and gallstones were accounted for 64.29%of the digestive diseases, its prevalence rates were 23.05%,9.45%and 6.98%.2 The influencing factors of fatty liver in mine workers were BMI(OR=2.288,<0.001),FPG(OR=1.392,P=0.001),TC(OR=1.361,P<0.001),dust(OR=1.355,P=0.037),blood pressure(OR=1.239,P<0.001),age(OR=1.014,P=0.011),and the protective factors of fatty liver was HDL-C(OR=1.239,P=0.004).Significant additive interaction were observed between age and BMI(RERI=1.733,AP=0.414,S=2.196),and between age and TC(RERI=1.428,AP=0.389,S=2.153),and between BMI and TC(RERI=1.144,AP=0.270,S=1.548).3 The influencing factors of chronic gastritis in mine workers were trauma(OR = 1.706,P = 0.001),noise(OR = 1.371,P= 0.012),age(OR = 1.046,P<0.001),and the protective factors of chronic gastritis were income(OR = 0.741,P = 0.010)and vegetables(OR = 0.723.P = 0.009).4 The influencing factors of gallstone in mine workers were gender(OR = 2.200,P<0.001),noise(OR = 1.556,P = 0.002),TC(OR = 1.422,P= 0.035),age(OR = 1.041,P<0.001),and the protective factors of gallstone were HDL-C(OR = 0.764,P = 0.045)and educational levels(OR =0.742,P = 0.037).Conclusions 1.The prevalence rate of chronic digestive diseases in mine workers was higher than other populations, mainly due to the fatty liver, chronic gastritis and gallstones, and this result is similar to other reports.2 The prevalence rate of fatty liver in mine workers was ranked first,it should be focused. There were positive interactions between 40~and overweight, and between 40~and high Cholesterol, and between overweight and high cholesterol, they were at high risk of fatty liver,it should be focused. At the same time, dust exposure was a risk factor of fatty liver,we should take measures to control dust.3 There are close relationship between chronic gastritis and diet, mental status,we should take measures on the aspects of behavior and attitude of life.At the same time, noise exposure was a risk factor of gastritis we should take measures to control noise.4 Female workers were prone to gallstones, they should be taken health monitoring.
