| Objective: the clinical curative effect of Danqi Quyu Zhitong granule in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis were observed,and with the professional statistical analysis given on the objective evaluation and treatment of chronic atrophicgastritis for clinical basis for TCM syndrome differentiation.Research methods: 80 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(oral administration of Danqi Quyu Zhitong granule)and control group(oral Weifuchun),continuous observation of 2 months.The symptoms,signs,grades of gastroscopy and pathological findings,atrophy of gastric mucosa,intestinal metaplasia and heterotypic hyperplasia were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups.The results were analyzed by statistical software.Findings: Total effective rate: the total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group.By rank sum test,P =0.001<0.01.The treatment group and the control group have very significant difference,the treatment group is better than the control group.TCM symptoms: the treatment group in improving the epigastric pain,warm Hi,limbs cold,loss of appetite,loose stool,fatigue and other symptoms of a significant effect,two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome total score P <0.01,had a very significant difference,the treatment group than the control group.The curative effect was evaluated by gastroscopy: the total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group and the result of gastroscopy.The total effective rate of the control group was 87.5%.After treatment,the two groups were compared with P > 0.05=0.135,which showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups after the treatment of gastroscopy.Comparison of endoscopic image classification: P before and after treatment of <0.01,there were significant differences between the control group before and after treatment;P <0.05,there are significant differences;the two groups after treatment P =0.113 > 0.05,the two groups after treatment endoscopic grading had no significant difference.Pathological effect: the degree of atrophy of gastric mucosa and the degree of intestinal metaplasia were analyzed before and after treatment in two groups,and improved after treatment.The treatment group in improving the degree of gastric mucosal atrophy and intestinal metaplasia reversal degree curative effect was significantly better than the control group(P <0.05),although the dysplasia specimens is little,but from the range of the treatment group than the control group.Hp eradication rate: the eradication rate was 91.3% in the treatment group and 73.7% in the control group.The eradication rate of the two groups was P=0.382>0.05,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:(1)the clinical efficacy of Dan Qi Jie Xue Tong granule in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with Qi deficiency and blood stasis is definite.(2)the effect of Dan Qi Jie Yu Zhitong granule in the improvement of symptoms is better than that of the control group.(3)the efficacy of Dan Qi Qi removing pain granule in improving gastric mucosal atrophy and intestinal metaplasia is better than that of the control group.(4)Dan Qi stasis relieving pain granule can reverse the abnormal gastric mucosa.(5)Dan Qi Qi Jie Tong granule is effective in the eradication of Hp. |
