Study On The Expression And Clinical Relevanceof DEPDC7 In Xuanwei NSCLC

Objective:Lung cancer is one of the most maligant disease.The incidence and mortality of the Yunnan Xuanwei lung cancer accounted for the first of all malignant tumors rank in our country. This study on the unique pathogenesis and specific intrinsic gene intend to provide new intervention targets for its treatment and prevention. In our previous study,we used Agilent mRNA and detect the differential expression of DEPDC7 in Xuanwei and non-Xuanwei non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). In this study, we also discussed the expression of DEPDC7 in Xuanwei NSCLC between it’s clinical and clinic opathological parameters find it’s clinical application value. And this will be provide experimental basis for futher study of the Xuanwei lung cancer.Method:We collected 165 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients admittedin The Third Affiliated Hospital Of Kunming Medical University (Yunnan Tumor Hospital)from January 2009 to December 2015,all of which had doneradical resection. Among those patients, 63 cases were fromXuanwei, and 102 cases were from non-Xuanwei area. The expression of DEPDC7 in Xuanwei, non-Xuanwei NSCLC and normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry, and statistics were analysed to find the correlation with clininal parametersResults:1. DEPDC7 was expressed in non-small cell lung cancer and normal lung tissue, and its expression was located in cell cytosol nucleus and mitochondria2. DEPDC7 was highly expressed in NSCLC compared with normal tissues with statisical significance (68.5% vs 41.8%, P <0.05)3. Stratified analysis showed that DEPDC7 was highly expressed in lung adenocarcinoma compared with Squamous cell carcinoma(68.1% vs 56.9%,p<0.05), and it was highly expressed in ≤60-year-old patients compared with> 60-year-old patients (68.1% vs 56.9%,p<0.05), and highly expressed in I patients Ⅱ+ⅢA patients (87.5% vs 77.1%,p<0.05), all results are statistically significant4. DEPDC7 was highly expressed in Xuanwei NSCLCcompared with non-Xuanwei NSCLC, the result is statistically significant(85.7% vs 57.8%,p<0.05)5. DEPDC7 was highly expressed in adenocarcinoma of Xuanwei female compared with adenocarcinoma of non-Xuanwei female,the result is statistically significant (92% vs 61.1%,p<0.05)Conclusion:1. In NSCLC, DEPDC7 may be associated with the development of non-small cell lung especially in the lung adenocarcinoma cancer .it’s may be associated with the occurrence of lung cancer in the ≤ 60 year old group and highly expressed in the clinical stage I, suggesting that it may be involved in the early development of non-small cell lung cancer and likely to become a molecular marker for early diagnosis2.
