Objective: The papers finish The ancient Literature from three aspects: Name of disease,the disease ' s pathogen and pathogenesis,Treatment based on syndrome differention according to collecting the ancient Literature of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Dysmenorrhea.The thesis analyzes the modern literature of TCM and the prescriptions and herbs treating dysmenorrheal recorded in them with the means of analysising and finishing to provide new ideas and methods of treating Dysmenorrhea.Methods:Collect ancient and modern literature,summarizes its name of disease,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiations.The thesis studies the prescriptions treading dysmenorrheal with statistic methods;analyzes the characters of the law of the treatment of dysmenorrheal in terms of different routes of medication from the frequency,property and classification of a medicine,and makes intuitive charts,finding TCM combinations through clustering analysis,so analyzing and discussing holistically the disease's order of prescriptions and herbs turn more convenient.Results: Method the study included 133 kinds of Traditional Chinese medicine of standard depression,which appear 1124 times in total.To analyse the emergence of a number of these TCM,and to sort high to low frequency.The top 18 of TCM are: Dang Gui,Chuan Xiong,Yan Husuo,Chi Shao,Zhi Xiangfu,Gan Cao,Bai Shao,Wu Lingzhi,Hong Hua,Tao Ren,Shu Di,Rou Gui,Fu Ling,Xiao Huixiang,Pu Huang,Wu Ya,Wu Zhuyu and Dan Pi.The most frequently used TCM is Dang Gui,which appears 79 times,frequency is 7.01%.The meridian tropism of Tibetan treating Dysmenorrhoea which are frequently-used are: the Liver Meridian,the Spleen Meridian,the Heart Meridian and the Kidney Meridian.The frequency of TCM which vists in the Liver Meridian are 558 times,86.24%.The most frequently used drug is drugs for invigorating the circulation of painkillers in TCM classification,followed by drugs which strengthen biood,temperature in medicine and qi-regulating drugs.We can get four combination through clustering analysis C1: Hong Hua,Tao Ren,Wu Yao,Dan Pi,Zhi Xiangfu.C2: Wu Lingzhi,Pu Huang,Yan Husuo,Chi Shao.C3: Gan Cao,Bai Shao,Shu Di,Fu Ling,Rou Gui,Xiao Huixiang,Wu Zhuyu.C4: Dang Gui,Chuan Xiong.Conclusion: The meridian tropism of Tibetan treating Dysmenorrhoea which are frequently-used are: the Liver Meridian,the Spleen Meridian,the Heart Meridian and the Kidney Meridian.The most frequently used drug is drugs for invigorating the circulation of painkillers in TCM classification.Grouping is performed with discriminant function when new cases added,we can guess common pathogenic factor of Primary dysmenorrhea are deficiency and blood stasis.We can use blood-enriching drugs and drugs for dispelling cold treating to treat.We can use invigorate the circulation of painkillers and spleen medicine to treat Stasis.
