Clinical Effect Of Treating Chronic Erosive Gastritis (Stagnated Heat In Liver And Stomach Syndrome) By Perilla Four Incense Powder Decoction

Objective To observe the Clinical Effect in Treating Chronic Erosive Gastritis(Stagnated Heat in Liver and Stomach Syndrome)by perilla four incense powder decoction Western Medicine(Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules)and Its influence on Serum Inflammatory Factors,to primarily discuss its mechanism,and to objectively evaluate the safety and effectiveness,then to provide a wider range of ideas and a reliable theoretical basis for its application on the Chronic Erosive Gastritis.Methods The Sixty patients from March 2015 to April 2016 in the Central Hospital of Wuhan Traditional Chinese Medicine And gastroenterology outpatient and inpatient which diagnosed Chronic Erosive Gastritis(Stagnated Heat in Liver and Stomach Syndrome)were randomly divided into two groups,that is treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Firstly,patients with Helicobacter pylori infection in two groups was given medicine to resistant to Hp for one week.Then the patients of the control group received Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules oral,20 mg one time,twice a day;the other group patients were given the perilla four incense powder decoction on the basis of the control group,which is the experience decoction of Quan Yihong,which is made of Purple Perilla 10 g,Rhizoma Cyperi 20 g,Aloes 10 g,Cos-tustoot 10 g,Agastache rugosus 10 g,Dalbergia 10 g,Magolia 10 g,Fructus aurantii 10 g,Milkvetch root15 g,Endothelium corneum gigeriage galli 15 g,Fride malt 20 g,Fried rice sprout 20 g,Baked licorice 6g.The decoction is provided by Hubei Tian Ji Chinese Herbal Sliced Medicine Corporation,oral 200ml-250 ml one time,twice a day,day one agent.Sixty patients were treated for 8 weeks totally.After treatment to observe two groups of patients some indexes,which are made of TCM syndrome curative effect,single related clinical symptoms of TCM curative effect,TCM symptoms total score,digestive endoscopic gastric mucosa improvement,HP eradication rate and clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect,and the level of inflammatory factors(CRR?IL-6)before and after therapy.Otherwise,the adverse reaction of patients during the treatment and the rate of recurrence after treatment are also been observed.Finally,collecting datas to analyze the statistics by using SPSS19.0 software.Result(1)In terms of improvement of single related clinical symptoms of TCM curative effect,such as stomachache,fullness,belching,and acid symptoms.There was a statistically significant difference between two groups of patients(P<0.05);(2)In terms of reducing of TCM symptoms total score,the treatment group and the control group were 15.40±1.19,14.87±1.33 before treatment,after treatment were 3.67±0.71,7.30±0.88.The TCM symptoms total score of the two groups were decreased after treatment,however,the treatment group of patients had more better effect.There was a statistically significant difference between two groups of patients(P<0.05);(3)In terms of improvement of TCM syndrome curative effect,the effective rate of the treatment group of patients is 96.67%,the control group of patients is 73.33%,the treatment group of patients had more better effect.There was a statistically significant difference between two groups of patients(P<0.05);(4)In terms of improvement of digestive endoscopic gastric mucosa,the effective rate of the treatment group of patients is 90.00%,the control group of patients is 66.67%,the treatment group of patients had more better effect.There was a statistically significant difference between two groups of patients(P<0.05);(5)In terms of improvement of the level of inflammatory factors(including the CRR and IL-6 level),the treatment group and the control group of CRP and IL-6 were decreased,and the CRP and IL-6 level of treatment group were lower than the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between two groups of patients(P<0.05);(6)In terms of the eradication of HP,the eradication rate of the treatment group of patients is 40.00%,the control group of patients is 13.33%,the treatment group of patients had more better effect.There was a statistically significant difference between two groups of patients(P<0.05);(7)In terms of improvement of clinical comprehensive therapeutic effect,the effective rate of the treatment group of patients is 93.33%,the control group of patients is 70.00%,the treatment group of patients had more better effect.There was a statistically significant difference between two groups of patients(P<0.05);(8)In terms of the recurrence rates of two groups,after treatment of six months,the recurrence rates of treatment group and control group were 7.14% and 47.62% by following up of patients with effective treatment.There was a statistically significant difference between two groups of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)In terms of improvement of single related clinical symptoms of TCM curative effect,digestive endoscopic gastric mucosa reduce of TCM symptoms total score and the eradication of HP,Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules and perilla four incense powder can reach the treatment effect,but the Perilla four spice powder decoction combined with Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules had more better effect in the treatment of Chronic Erosive Gastritis(Stagnated Heat in Liver and Stomach Syndrome).(2)The Perilla four spice powder decoction combined with Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules can improve the level of inflammatory factors(including the CRR and IL-6 level),which can provide a new mentality in the treatment of Chronic Erosive Gastritis.(3)The Perilla four spice powder decoction has a good effect in the treatment of Chronic Erosive Gastritis,which has the characteristics of multi-target effect,and less side effect,can be used in combination with conventional treatment,which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical.This study found TCM can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of CEG through the syndrome differentiation and treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which to delay the further deterioration of the disease,and can enrich the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of CEG.
