Effect Of Continuous Blood Purification Combined With Qingyi Decoction On Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective: The purpose of this study was to treat severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)patients by Continuous blood purification(CBP),combined with Qingyi Decoction,and to observe the therapeutic effect of CBP+Qingyi Decoction on SAP.Exploring the idea of combining traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for the treatment of SAP.Results: Will meet the inclusion criteria of SAP patients were randomly divided into CBP group,CBP combined with traditional Chinese medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group.Collecting and analysising the symptom score,TCM syndrome score,secondary infection and inflammation indices,hemodynamics indices,tissue oxygen indices,APACHE II score,Balthartz CT score of three group patients before and after treatment.Observing the 28 day mortality.Conclusion:The combined group compared with the CBP group,there were no significant differences in the indices of inflammation,hemodynamics and tissue oxygen before and after treatment(P>0.05).The infection rate of CBP group was significantly higher,and the abdominal symptoms were relieved slowly(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Balthartz CT score(P>0.05),but the difference in APACHE II score was larger(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the 28 day mortality of the CBP group was higher than that of the combined group(P<0.05).The combined group compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group,there were significant differences in the indices of inflammation and hemodynamics before and after treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in tissue oxygen indices(P>0.05).In the traditional Chinese medicine group,the relief of abdominal symptom was similar to that of the combined group(P>0.05),and the secondary infection rate was different(P<0.05).Balthartz CT score compared to no difference(P>0.05),the traditional Chinese medicine group’s APACHE II score decreased slowly(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the traditional Chinese medicine group after treatment is higher,and the 28 day mortality was also higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients of SAP with CBP and Qingyi Decoction can reduce mortality,improve the prognosis.
