Objective:To study the association between CHI3L1 polymorphism of asthma susceptibility gene and airway remodeling and inflammatory response about child.Methods: Sixty-eight healthy children with asthma were diagnosed as mild asthma group from June 2014 to March 2016 in the department of pediatrics of the first people's hospital of xianyang as control group.Genomic DNA was extracted from peripheral blood hemocytes.The polymorphisms of CHI3L1 gene rs4950928.rs883125 and rs10399805 loci were determined by Mass ARRAY-IPLEX method.The airway remodeling index and the content of inflammatory response were measured by Elisa method.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in genotype frequencies of genotype CC,GC and GG between genotype TT,TC,CC and rs10399805 genotype in rs883125 genotype of asthma group CHI3L1 gene.(P>0.05).(2)The frequency of CC gene was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05).The gene frequency of CHI3L1 gene rs4950928 genotype GC and GG was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).(3)The levels of TGF-?1,Act-A,OPN,Gal-3,AngII,IL-17 and IL-22 in CHI3L1 gene rs4950928 locus GC and GG genotype were higher than those of CC genotype,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);(4)The levels of IL-10 and IL-12 in the genotype of rs4950928 locus GC and GG genotype of CHI3L1 gene were lower than those of CC genotype,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(5)The levels of TGF-?1,Act-A,OPN,Gal-3,AngII,IL-10,IL-12,IL-17 and IL-22 in the genotype of rs4950928 locus GC and GG genotype of CHI3L1 gene,Which was no significant difference between the content of GG genotype and GC(P> 0.05).Conclusion: CHI3L1 SNPs rs4950928 may be associated with childood bronchial asthma.Genotype GG and GC can increase airway remodeling and inflammatory response.
