Objective Patients with endometrial carcinoma in our hospital were reviewed and related risk factors and predictive factors were researched. The aim was to provide valuable information for diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods The retrospective study enrolled 564 gynecologic patients from Jun 2010 to Dec 2016 in our hospital and Heze Muncipal hospital.Thereinto,4.08% patients were suffered from thrombosis of lower extremity postoperative 12 days and 541 patients not occurred thrombosis were involved, and 5% of 541 patients were chosen as controls. The collection included data on general data of patients, such as age,BMI,prior surgery, complications(diabetes, hypertension, hypertension, heart disease and pharmacohistory of oral hormonal drugs),routine blood and cholesterol before-and after operation.Examing of low extremity and doppler ultrasound diagnostic were used to determine the occurrence of thrombosis. Results The age of patients between 40-59 with high incidence of thrombosis.Occurrence rate of thrombosis increased with the age of patients.Body mass index after operation in two groups were 26.15±3.76 kg/m2 and 23.93±3.62 kg/m2(P=0.0408).Preoperative staying in bed increased the rate of thrombosis of lower extremity.Patients with complications(hypertensive disease, hypertension, heart disease and pharmacohistory of oral hormone)in thrombus group were more than in control group. The value of hematocrit before operation was 0.32±0.065 L/L which was significant lower than that of after opertation(0.39±0.052 L/L).The content of fibrinogen in thrombus group(4.57±1.25g/L)was significant higher than that in control group(2.73±0.81g/L).In addition, the content of high density lipoprotein cholesterol in thrombus group and control group was 1.12±0.27mmol/L and 1.46±0.31mmol/L(P = 0.0002),respectively.The content of fibrinogen and plasma D-dimer level of patients in ?-? stage were significant higher than those levels of patients in ?-?stage.The incidence of thrombosis was higher with longer operation time. The incidence of thrombosis with operation time of <2h,<3h,<4h and > 4h was 0.92%?5.91%?10.53% and 28.99%,respectively.The incidence of thrombosis increased significantly with the spread of surgery..Postoperative chemotherapy and the use of hemotasis could significant increased the rate of throboembolic events. Conclusions Age,body mass index, complications, operation time, surgical methods, the stage of tumor, postoperative chemotherapy and hemostatic using were the risk factors of thrombosis.
