Objective: To explore the effects of the blood pressure to the blood flow of grafts in the off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods: Prospective analysis 31 patients that are selected randomly from August,2016 to October,2016 to cure heart disease by off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting, aged from 44 to 80 years old,21 among which are males,10 are females. In these patients, either with angina or acute myocardial infarction.Preoperative examination has no obvious operation contraindications.Using the Transit-time Flow Measurements(TTFM),ECG monitor and cardiac output monitor to measure and record each related index, such as systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial blood pressure, and pulmonary arterial blood pressure, central venous pressure, heart rate,Pulsation index and the blood flow of the grafts. Results: Diastolic blood pressure has an obvious effect to the blood flow of the left anterior descending grafts is(P=0.818,r2=0.669),and the right coronary grafts is(P=0.674,r2=0.469),and the left circumflex grafts is(P=0.817,r2=0.669).However,the effect of Systolic blood pressure to the blood flow of the left anterior descending branch grafts is(P=0.685,r2=0.469),and the right coronary grafts is(P=0.637,r2=0.417),and the left circumflex grafts is(P=0.780,r2=0.610).And Systolic blood pressure had little effect on the blood flow of left anterior descending artery. This is consistent with the records of blood flow image. But the Poiseuille flow formula does not match the results, that may be associated with coronary blood flow in addition to the above factors but also by self adjustment and myocardial systaltic activity. Conclusion: The diastolic blood pressure has a significantly influence to the three main branches of the coronary artery; However, systolic blood pressure have different effects on the flow of each grafts; To know how and why the blood pressure influences the flow of the grafts is vital for improving the quality of coronary artery bypass surgery, avoiding perioperative myocardial infarction and other complications, and the postoperative treatment and long-term management.
