Objective: To observe the effect of propofol intervention on renal ischemia reperfusion injury on expression of Cx43 in renal artery leaves in rats.Methods: Male SD rats were randomly divided into control group,sham operation group(sham),ischemia reperfusion(I/R group),propofol group(Propofol),andfat emulsion(Intralipid)group.The right renal resection,noninvasive arterial occlusion of left renal renal ischemia / reperfusion model was prepared,renal ischemia reperfusion 45 min,4 h,24 h;The serum urea nitrogen(BUN)was detected by using automatic biochemical analyzer using automatic biochemical analyzer to detect the serum urea nitrogen(BUN)and creatinine(Cr).The HE staining was used to observe the patholo gical changes of renal tissue learn to change the pathological observation of renal tissue HE staining.The changes of renal artery systolic and diastolic leaf was examined by pressure mechanogram technique pressure mechanogram technique to observe the changes of renal artery systolic and diastolic leaf.The expression of Cx43 protein in renal artery between leaf was analyzed by Western-blot detection method.the expression of Cx43 protein in renal artery between leaf Western-blot detection methods.Results: Compared with the control group,the concentrations of serum BUN,Cr and renal HE slices of sham operation group did not change significantly.Compared with the sham group,the concentrations of serum BUN and Cr of the I/R group increased significantly,renal HE slices showed significant lesions,the pressure diagram of motor Renal interlobar artery contraction rate has a significant decrease,and the expression of Cx43 protein increased significantly(P<0.01).Compared with ischemia-reperfusion group,the concentrations of serum BUN and Cr of propofol group was decreased propofol group of serum BUN,Cr concentration decreased,renal HE slices showed that renal tissue lesions was reduced,renal interlobar artery contraction rate was increased,and the expression of C x43 protein was decreased(P<0.01).Compared with the sham group,the concentrations of serum BUN,Cr,HE kidney sections,pressure motor indicated renal interlobar artery contraction rate and the expression of C x43 protein of the propofol group in the 4 h point did not change significantly,but in the 24 h point,serum BUN,Cr concentration of the propofol group slightly increased,HE kidney sections showed renal lesions slightly heavier,renal interlobar artery and shrinkage rate was decreased and the expression of Cx43 protein increased(P<0.05).Conclusion: Propofol can change the renal ischemia-reperfusion injury by reduce the expression of Cx43 protein in vasomotor in the renal interlobar artery.
