Objective :To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Q-switched alexandrite laser in treating skin pigmentary lesions. Methods:From March 2014 to October 2016,there were 131 cases of skin pigmentary lesions(including Freckle?Seborrheic keratosis?Nevus of Ota?Tattoos and Naevus fuscocaerulens zygomaticus)were treated with Q-switched alexandrite laser.including 54 cases of freckle,35 cases of Seborrheic keratosis,27 cases of Naevus of Ota,9 cases of Tattoos, and 6 cases of Naevus fuscocaerulens zygomaticus; We sunmmerised the data according to sexuality, age, course, and treatment times,The pictures were taken by the same people using the same camera Canon EOS 700 D every time. The therapeutic interval was about one to three months. All patients were followed up 3 ~ 6 months after the end of treatment, observing the clinical efficacy and adverse effects like post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.Results:.The total effective rate of all patients with different diseases were over 75% except Naevus fuscocaerulens zygomaticus. The total effective rate of Naevus fuscocaerulens zygomaticus was33.33%.The total cure rate of Freckle is 88.90%.And total effective rate is 98.10%,The total cure rate of Seborrheic keratosis is 85.71%.And total effective rate is 94.28 %,The total cure rate of Nevus of Ota is66.67 %.And total effective rate is 88.90% The total cure rate of Tattoos is 55.56%.And total effective rate is 77.78%,The total cure rate of Naevus fuscocaerulens zygomaticus is 16.67%.And total effective rate is 33.33%,The treatment frequency is among 1-8 times,The maximum of average times is 6.52±1.28 times in Naevus of Ota,followed by 6.33±1.58 times in Tattoos, followed by 5.83±1.60 in Naevus fuscocaerulens zygomaticus, followed by 2.97±0.95 in Seborrheic keratosis, followed by 2.57±0.54 in Freckle,19 patients had PIH after follow-up of the treatments of all cases, and most of the PIH cases would relieve by themselvs in about half a year; There aren't any infection and scar formation over the course of treatments of all cases. The cure rate as well as the total effective rate were statistically significant different(?2=22.658,P<0.05;?2=29.780,P<0.05)among all the patients with different diseases. Conclusions :Q-switched Alexandrite laser is effective in the treatment of Freckle ? Nevus of Ota ?seborrheic keratosis and tattoo, but has limited efficacy for naevus fuscocaeruleus zygomaticus.
