Objective: Currently, digestive endoscopy is widely used in clinical.Endoscopic check has become one of the commonly used methods for screening the intestinal lesions, and the stand or fall of bowel preparation is the key of colonoscopy examination. This study is to discuss the influence factors about bowel preparation using Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder by Multiariable Logistic regression analysis.Method: 198 patients(male 110 cases, female 88cases)included in the study, who undergoing colonoscopy examination during January to March 2016 in the xinjiang uygur autonomous region people's hospital. All casestake orally four boxes of complex polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder + 3000 ml warm water as drugs for bowel preparation. And recorded the patient's age, gender, body mass index, diabetes, history of abdominal surgery, history of colonoscopy, constipation, stroke, smoking.Statistical analysis of measurement data use mean±standard deviation, comparison between groups use independent sample t-test;Statistical analysis of count data use rate or forming, comparison between groups by chi-square test and Fisher's exact test, and using multiariable Logistic regression correlation analysis of the above factors in multiple factors. Results: This study included 198 cases of hospitalized patients, male 110 cases,female88cases,mean age 55.14 ± 13.04 years old.All patients with complete bowel preparation, electronic colonoscopy, among them 113 cases of patients with intestinal well-prepared,the ratio of adequate bowel preparation was 57.07%(113/198).The discovery rate of less than5 mm polyp and caecum into rate between the group of adequate bowel preparation and inadequate bowel preparation Respectively are 68.14%(77/113)VS 44.71%(38/85)and93.81%(106/113)VS 67.06%(57/85),both of them had significant difference(P = 0.00;P = 0.00).Multiariable Logistic regression analysis found that the history of endoscopic check(X~2=17.13,P=0.00,OR=0.21,95%CI(0.10-0.44))is protective factor affecting the quality of bowel preparation,constipation(X~2=4.24,P=0.04,OR=3.01,95%CI(1.05-8.57)),overweight(X~2=4.30,P=0.04,OR=3.88,95%CI(1.08-13.99))and obesity(X~2=4.50,P=0.03,OR=3.88,95%CI(1.12-16.19))is the relative risk factors affecting the quality of bowel preparation. And age, sex, weight(emaciation normal),diabetes, history of abdominal surgery, cerebral apoplexy, smoking have no obviously correlation for intestinal preparation. Conclusion:This study results show that the intestinal prepare affected by many factors. The history of endoscopic check is protective factor affecting the quality of bowel preparation;constipation, overweight and obesity are the relative risk factors affecting the quality of bowel preparation. And age, sex, weight(emaciation normal),diabetes, history of abdominal surgery, cerebral apoplexy, smoking have no obviously correlation for intestinal preparation.Adequate bowel preparation can not only complete colonoscopy examination or treatment under colonoscopy, but also can improve the detection rate of less than 5 mm polyps and cecum in rate.
