?Objective?:The purpose of this study is to in our hospital colonoscopy preparation scheme,According to the current related research,The aim of this study is to search for a better bowel preparation plan for patients with constipation,so as to improve bowel preparation quality.?Method?:From 2016.2 to 2018.2 in the Affiliated Hospital of Yan'an University underwent colonoscopy in patients with constipation as the research object,Finally,676 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups,group A(oral 3LSF-PEG combined with 2L and B group(salt water)oral administration of 3LSF-PEG combined with 20 g,senna)respectively on two groups of patients with bowel preparation for intestinal cavity cleanliness,bubble volume,entry time,frequency of defecation,taking the first defecation time,the adverse events were recorded after polyethylene glycol electrolyte.The above data were analyzed by using SPSS20.0 software.The independent data t test was used to measure the data,and the data were processed to check the level a=0.05.When P<0.05 was used,the difference was statistically significant.?Result?:1.In group A and group B,the detection rate of polyps in group B(29.17%)was better than that in group A(22.12%),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038);2.Compared with the two groups,the cleanliness of the left,middle and right colon and the whole colon in the left,middle and right three segments of the group B were superior to those in the A group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000);3.Two groups of patients were in two aspects of bubble,group A(effective 97.01%)and group B(effective 94.35%),the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.091);4.There were no serious adverse reactions in two groups,respectively the incidence of adverse reactions in the A group were nausea(18.87%),abdominal distension(5.99%),vomiting(5.69%),abdominal pain(2.40%),dizziness(0.6%);The incidence of adverse reactions in the B group were respectively nausea(14.67%),abdominal pain(7.73%),vomiting(4.17%),abdominal distension(2.68%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.001);5.There was no significant difference between the two groups of A and B in the time of taking 3L-PEG to the first defecation,the time of inserting the mirror,and the tolerance of the medicine(P>0.05);6.A group and B group was given defecation in B group after drug Qingchang(7.63 ±2.02)than that of group A(6.63±2.08),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.00)?Conclusion?:1.Compared with 3LSF-PEG combined with 2L mild saline,3LSF-PEG combined with 20 g senna can improve the detection rate of polyps in patients with constipation;2.3LSF-PEG combined with 20 g senna's bowel preparation scheme compared with 3LSF-PEG combined with 2L mild saline can improve the cleanliness of the intestinal tract in all segments of constipation patients;3.Combined with Senna cut consumption of bowel preparation scheme can reduce The incidence of nausea,abdominal distention and vomiting,the incidence of abdominal pain increased,but no severe abdominal pain occurred.
