The Clinical Research Of Acupuncture "deqi"

Objectives “Deqi” is considered the basic factor for evaluating the effect of acupuncture.However,that “under what circumstances can be quickly Deqi” is a problem for the acupuncture clinical application and its basic theory.In order to solve the problem “how to quickly realize Deqi”,we set this study the aim of which is to investigate the phenomenon of acupuncture Deqi,and to conform the circumstances of Deqi,and to provide guidance for clinical acupuncture practice and to improve acupuncture effects.Methods 516 patients were investigated in this clinical research.The appearances in the process of the acupuncture point,depth,row needle acupuncture technique,qi conduction direction(acid,hemp,swelling,pain,inductance and feeling),etc were detailed record.The patients enrolled in this study were outpatients of Department of Acupuncture,China Meitan general Hospital from May 2015 to December 2016.Results 1Different needling sensation have different frequencies:Bilge feeling appeared the highest rate;followed by acid,inductance,the frequencies of hemp feeling is relatively high;Pain from the previous several feel less frequency,but also has appeared in the clinical;the heavy feeling,cool feeling,ant line feeling almost did not appear.2Different point location and different acupuncture depth showed different rate.Acupuncture depth in head and neck is more prone to at least 0.8 inches;and acupuncture depth in Torso and limbs at least 1.3 inches are more likely to Deqi.Join the line after acupuncture needle technique is more easily to Deqi than simple acupuncture,and needling stab times than oblique needling.3 Different diseases affect acupuncture needling will: Deqi rate was significantly decreased in diabetic patients.Deqi rate in patients with rheumatoid arthritis pain was higher than that of patients with lumbar disc only.Conclusions The results suggested that under some circumstances Deqi can be quickly:acupuncture depth in head and neck at least 0.8 inches,and in Torso and limbs at least 1.3inches were appropretiated.Combined procedures of acupuncture were more easily to Deqi than simple acupuncturean.Join in the process of acupuncture for xie technique will increase gas occurrence rate;Acupuncture and peripheral nerve vascular rich gas,Patient organism state also has an effect to the emergence of qi,such as more likely to get gas,patients with rheumatoid arthritis patients with diabetes not easy qi,etc.Through the above research conclusion,hope that provide more clear theory basis for clinical treatment,improve the acupuncture treatment of gas occurrence frequency.
