| Objective: To investigate the effect of intestinal microflora on the metabolism of liver and kidney in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease。Methods: In 120 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease of Affiliated Hospital of Qiingdao University Medical College from December 2015 to December 2016 as the object of study,and were randomly divided into intervention group and control group of 60 cases;two groups of patients were given conventional treatment intervention in patients with NAFLD,patients in the treatment group were added on the basis of probiotics.The regression of nonalcoholic fatty liver in two groups of patients before and after medication,liver ultrasound attenuation coefficient,liver biochemical indexes including three triglyceride,total cholesterol,urea nitrogen,fasting blood glucose and transaminase were compared.Results: 1.on the basis of routine treatment takeprobiotics,taking probiotics before mild fatty liver in 31 patients,moderate fatty liver in 26 patients,patients with severe fatty liver 3,takeprobiotics 3 months after mild fatty liver patients with fatty liver recovery for 26 people,5 people,22 patients with moderate fatty liver.Recovery of fatty liver in patients with severe fatty liver of 4 people,2 people,2 people with fatty liver recovery,were statistically analyzed before and after the drug,the patients with mild(X2 =0.133 P<0.05)was statistically significant,patients with moderate(X2 =0.0.01 P<0.05)has statistical significance,fatty liver subsided 10(P<0.05),statistically significant,positive effect of probiotics on treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease patients,treated with probiotics can make some non alcoholic fatty liver subsided。 2.in routine treatment and intestinal probiotics patients,before taking intestinal probiotics,the ultrasonic attenuation coefficient of liver was 0.84 + 0.08,and 0.53 + 0.06 after medication decreased significantly.However,before the conventional treatment,the ultrasonic attenuation coefficient of liver was 0.85 + 0.07,and the ultrasonic attenuation coefficient of liver after treatment was 0.80 + 0.08,but it was not obvious.The ultrasound attenuation coefficient of the liver was significantly lower in patients treated with intestinal probiotics than in those who did not or did not take intestinal probiotics(P < 0.05).The data of the two groups have statistical significance,in the process of routine treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver in scheme takeprobiotics moderate,have certain effects on the liver of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver ultrasound,the liver ultrasound manifestations of intestinal probiotics significantly improved。 3.In the process of conventional treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in the scheme takeprobiotics amount of the combined use of probiotics in patients before and after treatment in three urea nitrogen,triglyceride,total cholesterol,serum indexes compared with significant difference(P < 0.05),not the combined use of probiotics in patients taking the indicators before and after the statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).Non alcoholic fatty liver takeprobiotics of patients with cholesterol and triglyceride,urea nitrogen and aminotransferase were not taking probiotics improved significantly in patients with conventional treatment,in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver in takeprobiotics amount can make the liver and kidney related biochemical indexes improved.Conclusion: on the basis of conventional therapy combined with probiotics treatment can improve the metabolism of liver and kidney function in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver,the liver ultrasound findings in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease better,so that part of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease have subsided.It has a positive effect on the adjuvant treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and prevention of the disease,and provides a new method for the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver.It is worthy of clinical promotion. |
