| Objective To explore the protective effect and mechanism of Hormone Replacement Therapy(HRT)on cardiovascular system in postmenopausal women.Methods The clinical data of 194 patients(including 82 cases of supplementary sex hormones and 112 patients who did not replenish sex hormones)were collected from the outpatient and postmenopausal women in our hospital for nearly 10 years.According to whether or not hormone therapy was added,(IMT),carotid systolic maximum blood flow velocity(PSV),and so on.Among the HRT patients,the patients with uterine resection were treated with estrogen alone(estradiol valerate,17β-estradiol)or tibolone;patients with complete uterus were given progesterone Treatment;menopause time> 1 year to estrogen and progesterone continuous combination therapy.Results(1)The correlation index of carotid artery in HRT group was better than that in non-HRT group(P <0.05).The level of TC,TG and LDL in HRT group was lower than that in non-HRT group,and the difference was statistically significant Statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)HRT group and non-HRT group were divided into menopausal time group,divided into menopause time <1 year,1 ≤ menopause time <3,3 ≤ menopause time <5,menopausal time ≥ 5 four subgroups,HRT group TC,TG,HDL,LDL levels were better than non-HRT group,the difference was statistically significant(P> 0.05).(3)The levels of blood lipid in the HRT group and the non-HRT group were compared with those of the carotid intima-media thickness and flow velocity in the same menopausal age group.(1)Compared with the menopausal period,the levels of blood lipid,(P <0.05).The level of LDL in HRT group was lower than that in non-HRT group(P <0.05),and the level of HDL was higher than that of non-HRT group(P <0.05)(P <0.05).The level of TC and LDL in HRT group was significantly lower than that in non-HRT group(P <0.05),and the level of HDL was higher than that of non-HRT group(P <0.05)(P> 0.05).The levels of TC,TG and LDL in HRT group were lower than those in non-HRT group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in HDL level between the two groups(P> 0.05).(P <0.05),ICA PSV was slower in non-HRT group than in non-HRT group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in HRT group(P> 0.05)(P <0.05);3 ≤ menopause time <3 years,except for L-CCA bifurcation IMT and L-CCA PSV,HRT group HRT group were better than non-HRT group(P <0.05)(P <0.05).The postmenopausal time was more than 5,except for the IMT of the R-CCA and the IMT at the bifurcation,the HRT group was better than that of the non-HRT group HRT group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in carotid intima lesions and plaques between HRT group and non-HRT group(P> 0.05).(4)HRT group was divided into four subgroups according to HRT time <1,1≤HRT time <3,3≤HRT time <5,HRT time ≥5,and there was no significant difference in blood lipid level between four groups(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference in carotid IMT,PSV,intima and plaque(P> 0.05).Conclusions Peripheral menopause and menopause early HRT treatment,can effectively improve blood lipid levels,reduce lipid deposition,reduce carotid intima thickness,reduce blood flow velocity,delay the occurrence of cardiovascular disease such as atherosclerosis,so as to effectively protect the heart Blood vessels. |
