With the development of social practice, studies on chemical constituents in Chinese herbal medicine has been gradually deepened, based on existing knowledge, that is separated from the Chinese herbal medicine effective component has the following significance,1,reduce the toxicity and improve the efficacy of the original plant.2,improve formulation and product quality controls.3,extend the Chinese herbal medicine resources.4,chemical synthesis or structural modification.5,explorat the principle of Chinese herbal medicine.6,develop the natural science, etc. This paper is mainly divided into two parts:The first part: the purification of chemical constituents, modification and structural identification of the Psoralea corylifolia.S-1:IsopsoralidinS-2: PsoralidinS-3: BavachininS-4: BavachinS-5: CorylinS-6:8-methoxy psoralenS-7: AstragalinS-8: IsopsoralenS-9: PsoralenS-10: DaidzinS-11:IsobavachalconeS-12: AllantoinS-13: Acid StearicS-14:Acid PalmiticS-15: StigmasterolS-16: BakuchiolS-17:4,2’-dihydroxy-2’’-(1’’’-methylethyl)-2’’-3’’-dihydro-(4’’,5’’,3’’,4’)furano chalkoneStructure modified compound:derivative compound T-1,derivative compound T-2,Where S-13,S-14 are separated from this plant, the main component of psoralen content reached about 1%.The second part: the study of pharmacological effects of chemical composition of Psoralea corylifoliaThis paper uses MTT(3-(4,5-two-2-2,5-two methylthiazole)phenyl tetrazole bromide)than the quantitative research method to extract large amount of cytotoxic compounds on Hela cells, the results showed that two compounds were psoralidin, isopsoralen on Hela cells showed strong cytotoxicity,isopsoralidine,psoralidin,bavachinin,corylifolin,corylin,8-methoxypsoralen,astragalin,psoralen,isopsoralen and daidzein were test antimicrobial activity on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
