| The doctor-patient relationship in the paper refers to certain social relationship arouse between hospital staff and patients & family members while performing their duty,it’s the very basic and common social relationship in the society.In recent years,even though the general medical techniques & software and hardware in public hospital are constantly improving,the trust was gone between the doctors and patients.It caught public attention for frequent medical dispute,medical incidents,and became the main factor influence the harmony of society.The Chinese Traditional Medicine Hospital of Qinhuangdao was built in 1958,the hospital is following the tradition of "humanitarian,fraternity and dedication",the mission & core value are "care for life,the patient first".The hospital composes of medical treatment,teaching,scientific research,healthy and health care.The general doctor-patient relationship is smooth at present,the majority of medical staff could rescue and treat patients in accordance with professional ethics,they are highly trusted,understood and support by most patients.However,there are contradictory underneath the general harmony.Based on the current and potential problems,considered from the perspective of harmonious doctor-patient relationship,it used the literature research in the paper,qualitative analysis and quantitative method combining the theory with practice.Analyzed the current doctor-patient relationship management,identified existing systematic problems indoctor-patient relationship management.It established doctor-patient relationship management information system in accordance with the management information system,proposed internal and external measurements for doctor-patient relationship management implementation in the Chinese Traditional Medicine Hospital of Qinhuangdao,ensure the systematic and smooth execution of doctor-patient relationship management in the hospital. |
