Clinical Oobservation Of Tangshenkang Capsule On Diabetic Nephropathy,Stage ?-? (Deficiency Of Kidney Qi,Turbid Dampness Blocking Syndrome) And A Study On Its Influence On RAAS

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Tangshenkang capsule on diabetic nephropathy,stage ?-?(Deficiency of kidney Qi,turbid dampness blocking syndrome)and discuss the influence on RAAS.Methodology:60 cases with certain diagnostic standards were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 30 cases in each group.Basic treatment plus Tangshenkang Capsule were given to the treatment group while basic treatment plus Irbesartan Tablets were conducted on the control group.Each group took medicine for 60 days.Observation indicators include FPG,2hPG,HbA1 c,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,24 hmAlb,24hUpro,ACR,angiotensinII,Ang ? and TCM syndrome scores.After the experiment,both the clinical symptoms and changes of the above-mentioned indicators before and after the treatment and differences between two groups after the treatment were observed and compared.SPSS 17.0 was employed to conduct the statistical analysis.Results:1.The comparison of FPG,2hPG and HbAlc:After the treatment,patients in two groups witnessed the decrease of FPG and 2hPG with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Furthermore,the improvement condition on FPG and 2hPG for the treatment group were better than that for the control group with significant statistical difference(P <0.05).2.The comparison of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C.TC,TG and LDL-C were decreased for two groups while HDL-C was increased with statistically significant difference(P <0.05).while the treatment group was better than that for the control group with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).3.The comparison of 24 hUpro,24hmAlb and ACR.After treatment,24 hUpro,24hmAlb and ACR for two groups were declined with statically significant difference(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than that for the control group with statically significant difference(P<0.05).4.The comparison of Ang?.Ang? for two groups decreased with significant difference(P<0.05).5.The comparision of TCM syndrome curative effect.The total effective rate for the treatment group was 90% while this rate for the control group was 60%.The treatmetn group was better than that for the control group(P<0.05).By comparing TCM syndrome scores,conditions for two groups after the treatment were improved with statistically difference(P<0.05).Improvement conditions for treatmentgroup was better than that for control group(P<0.05).6.The comparison of comprehensive therapeutic effects.Total effective rate for the treatment group was 76.67% while that for the control group was 63.33%.The treatment groups was better than that for the control group(P< 0.05).7.There was no significant adverse reaction and the security of Tangshenkang Capsule was good.Conclusions:1.Tangshenkang Capsule can effectively control blood glucose and regulate blood lipids.2.It can decrease microalbuminuria and urine protein;protect the kidney and postpone the progress of DN.3.It can decrease the concentration of Ang? and protect the kidney by inhibiting the RAAS system.4.It can significantly improve clinical syndromes for DN patients;ease their pains and enhance their life quality.5.It has no significant toxic side effects in clinical experiment.
