| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Guipi Decoction in the treatment of patients with cancer chemotherapy related depression,affect the quality of life,bone marrow function and immune function.Methods:1 Patient origin:The selected cases which were Diagnosed breast cancer,lung cancer hospitalized patients by pathological histology,were from May 2015 to September 2016 in the Chinese People’s Liberation Army No.251 hospital for the first time chemoth-erapy.A total of 293 patients were treated with chemotherapy for 2 cycles,126 patients were enrolled,and randomly divided into Deanxit group and Chaihushugansan combined with Guipi Decoction treatment group.Finally,123 patients entered the statistical analysis,the control group of 60 cases,the treatment group of 61 cases.2 Clinical data:This subject adopts clinical randomized and controlled method,using Hamilton Depression Scale 24(HAMD-24),quality of life scale(QLQ-C30),IL-6,IGF-1,bone marrow function,CD4+/CD8+,Treg/CD4+ values were observed.All patients were treated with 1 cycles of chemotherapy for a total of 1 treatment cycles,with a total of 2 cycles of treatment.HAMD24 scale score and quality of life scale were assessed,the detection of peripheral blood,CD4+/CD8+ value,Treg value of/CD4+,and serum interleukin-6(IL-6),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)content one day before the third chemotherapy cycle,one day before the fourth chemotherapy cycle,one day before the fifth chemotherapy cycle.3 The results were statistically analyzed by SPSS20.0 software.Results:1 the HAMD score of the control group and treatment group compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).There was significant difference between 1 courses and 2 courses of treatment of the treatment group(P=0.0 00).Comparison among groups,there was significant difference after 2 courses of treatment(P=0.034).After 2 courses of treatment,the effective rate of depression was 76.67% in the Deanxit treatment group.;the effective rate of Chaihushugansan combined with Guipi Decoction group was 90.16%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P =0.046).2 Compared with before treatment,the two groups can improve the emotional function after 2 courses of treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group in the body,role function,appetite loss,fatigue and overall quality of life were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3 Compared with before treatment,the treatment group had significant difference in the incidence of bone marrow suppression after 2courses of treatment(P=0.019);Comparison among groups,the incidence of bone marrow suppression in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group after 2 courses of treatment(P=0.001).The CD4+/CD8 ratio of the two groups had significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.01),There was significant difference between 1 courses and 2 courses of treatment of the treatment group(P=0.000),there was significant difference between the two groups after 2 courses of treatment(P=0.042).The Treg/CD4+ratio of the two groups had significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.05),There was significant difference between 1 courses and 2courses of treatment of treatment group(P=0.006),there was significantdifference between the two groups after 2 courses of treatment(P=0.005).4 The serum IL-6 levels of two groups were significantly different compared with before treatment(P<0.001),there was significant difference between 1 courses and 2 courses of treatment of the treatment group(P=0.000);.The serum IGF-1 levels of two groups were significantly different compared with before treatment(P<0.001),there was significant difference between 1 courses and 2 courses of treatment of treatment group(P=0.000);there was significant difference between the two groups after 2 courses of treatment after(P=0.006).Conclusions:1 Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Guipi Decoction and Deanxit can improve the depressive state of patients with cancer chemotherapy related moderate depression,effect of Guipi Decoction Chai Hu Shu Gan powder is better than western medicine Deanxit on long-term.2 Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Guipi Decoction and Deanxit can improve emotional function.Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Guipi Decoction can improve general health status,physical function,role function,decreased appetite,fatigue depressive chemotherapy of patients with cancer chemotherapy related depression,improving life quality of patients.3 Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Guipi Decoction prescription can reduce the incidence of the bone marrow suppression,can improve the immune function of patients with cancer chemotherapy related depression4 Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Guipi Decoction can reduce level of IL-6 and IGF-1 in serum of patients with cancer chemotherapy related depression,and the level of IL-6 and IGF-1 is positively correlated with the degree of depression after cancer chemotherapy. |
