A Comparative Study On The Influence Of Rhodiola Crenulata Plus Probucol On Efficacy And Related Factors In Cerebral Infarction

Objective: To explore and analyze the influence of rhodiola crenulata plus probucol on clinical efficacy and related factors in cerebral infarction.Methods: 120 cases of patients with cerebral infarction in Langfang people’s hospital from March 2015 to December 2015 were randomly divided into A,B,C three groups,40 cases in each group.Three groups of patients were given health education,dietary guidance,moderate exercise,smooth and control the basic diseases ect.Under the premise of ensuring the quality of treatment,group A was given conventional treatment,including antiplatelet aggregation,fall hematic fat,fall blood pressure,fall blood sugar,expansion of coronary artery ect,and using the dehydrating agent as appropriate.Group B was given routine therapy + rhodiola crenulata injection.Group C was given routine therapy + rhodiola crenulata injection + probucol.Observation indexes include:(1)The changes in the patients with cerebral infarction before and after treatment of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,daily life ability Index assessment scale(Barthel Index,BI),Modified Rankin scale,swallowing dysfunction rating scale(kubota drinking water test hierarchical),simple Mental State checklist(Minimum getting State Examination,MMSE).(2)The changes in size and thickness of carotid plaque before and after treatment.(3)Blood lipid index: the changes in total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL).(4)The changes in C-reactive protein(CRP),expanding blood vessel material Calcitonin gene related peptide(Calcitonin gene-related peptide,CGRP),homocysteine(Hcy).(5)The changes in liver and kidney function,cardiac function,myocardial enzymes and electrocardiogram(ecg).And through the SPSS19.0 statistics,t test,the result of the reuse of the existing differences between each variable to the statistics,observed with or without statistical significance.Results: The three groups after treatment compared with before treatment NHISS scores were lower,BI index was higher,MRS score was lower,kubota drinking water test grade was improved,MMSE score was higher,carotid plaque size and thickness was decreased,TC,TG,LDL-C was lower,HDL-C was higher.Group C after treatment compared with group B after treatment,CRP,CGRP and Hcy was lower,the difference was statistically significant.Group A after treatment compared with group B and group C after treatment,the NHISS score and the MRS score were significantly lower;the BI index,kubota drinking water test hierarchical grade and MMSE score were significantly improved;the carotid artery plaque size and thickness were reduced;TC,TG and LDL-C were decreased;HDL-C was higher;CRP,CGRP and Hcy were decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three groups of patients with liver and kidney function,cardiac function and myocardial enzymes and electrocardiogram(ecg)changes were no exception.Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of rhodiola rosea plus probucol on cerebral infarction is outstanding.Rhodiola rosea plus probucol can significantly relieve the cerebral infarction,improve the abnormal index,and is safe and effective.
