Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum osteocalcin(OC),intact parathyroid hormone(i PTH),calcium and phosphorus metabolism and other dialysis indexes in maintenance hemodialysis patients, and to prevent the early mineral and bone disorder.Methods:sixty-one patients with maintenance hemodialysis in Xining First People's Hospital of Qinghai Province were selected as the case group and 33 cases of physical health center were taken as the control group. The changes of serum osteocalcin, parathyroid hormone, calcium and phosphorus in each group were measured. The changes of osteocalcin and related indexes in dialysis patients were analyzed. To analysis osteocalcin and other related indexes' relationship in dialysis patients. Results: 1.Compares with the healthy control,OC,i PTH,P,Scr were significantly increased in MHD patients,Ca was decreased in MHD patients.(P<0.05)2.Correlation analysis suggested that OC was postively correlated with i PTH significantly(r=0.760,<0.05)in MHD patients, and OC was postively correlated with Ca(r=0.290,P<0.05)in MHD patients.3.As the dialysis time increases, the values of OC and Ca increase. Conclusion: There was a significant positive correlation between OC and iPTH in maintenance hemodialysis patients.OC was positively correlated with Ca,and had no correlation with P.Hemodialysis patients should be regularly tested i PTH,osteocalcin, other bone metabolites and the indicators.By analyzing the indexes of bone metabolism in hemodialysis patients, the serum OC and i PTH and other bone metabolic indicators were measured in clinical. It is beneficial for early detection and treatment of CKD-MBD,to guide the use of medication. The detection of OC can be used for osteoporosis and other bone disease diagnosis, and monitoring efficacy.
