Objective:To study the relationship between neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and C-reactive protein-albumin ratio(CAR)and lung adenocarcinoma, and to explore whether it can help patients with lung adenocarcinoma.Method: Collected from 2014 to December to 2016-November,in our hospital chest heart surgery diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma cases.Collect patient general information including(age, sex, smoking history)and clinical information, including neutrophil count(NEUT),lymphocyte count(LY),C-reactive protein(CRP),albumin(ALB)and pathological stage. And the above data were statistically analyzed.NEUT,LY selected from the patient after admission the first blood routine examination results,C-reactive protein count(CRP),albumin(ALB)selected from admission after the first two inflammatory diseases and Biochemical full set of test results. The neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)was the ratio of NEUT to LY,and the C-reactive protein / albumin ratio(CAR)was the ratio of CRP to ALB.Statistical analysis of the relevant data through SPSS21.0,the test level as α=0.05,P <0.05 represents a statistically significant difference.Result:1、66 patients with lung adenocarcinoma were screened for compliance with the required data, the patients were divided into groups by sex, age, smoking history.Comparison of differences between NLR and CAR in lung adenocarcinoma patients.Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in NLR between sex and staging. There was no significant difference in smoking between NLR and age. There was no significant difference in the difference of CAR between age and stage, and there was no significant difference between smoking and sex.2、The subjects were grouped according to the median(2.71)of NLR and the median(0.091)of CAR,Divided into high NLR group(NLR> 2.71),low NLR group(NLR≤2.71)and high CAR group(CAR> 0.091),low CAR group(CAR≤0.091),The sex, age, smoking history and clinical staging of each group were analyzed. There was no significant difference in the proportion of age,sex and smoking history among the high and low NLR groups in the high and low NLR groups. The difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the proportion of sex and smoking history among high and low CAR groups. There was no significant difference in the proportion of gender and smoking history among high and low CAR groups.3、The median values of NEUT,LY,NLR,CRP,ALB and CAR in different clinical stages were analyzed. After analysis:.The proportion of patients with different stages of lung adenocarcinoma in high and low NLR group was statistically significant; There was no significant difference in age,sex and smoking history among the high and low NLR groups.NLR(median)showed a gradual increase trend, the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000);With the increase of patient stage,CRP(median)also showed an increasing trend, and statistically significant(P= 0.046);With the increase of staging of lung adenocarcinoma,CAR was increased, which was statistically significant(P = 0.007).Conclusion:(1)NLR and lung adenocarcinoma in patients with staging has a significant correlation,With the lung adenocarcinoma patients gradually late,NLR value showed an upward trend;Gender-related trends,NLR was slightly higher in female than in female;NLR had no significant correlation with age and smoking.(2)CAR had a significant correlation with the age and stage of lung adenocarcinoma,The higher the age,the higher the CAR value, the greater the trend, showing no significant correlation with gender and smoking.(3)In clinical work,NLR and CAR can be used as an adjunct to the assessment of lung adenocarcinoma,Consider NEUT,LY,CRP,ALB as routine check items.
