Objectiv: To explore human epididymis protein 4(HE4) and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125) joint inspection application value in early diagnosis of ovarian tumors. Methods:Retrospective analysis 90 cases of clinic patients during December 2014-December 2015. According to the different disease, Patients can be divided into: the group of 30 cases of ovarian cancer; 30 cases of ovarian benign tumor group; The control group 30 cases. Using i2000 SR automatic immunity analyzer of Abbott Corp US. To detect the content of HE4 and CA125 separately from the serum of three groups of cases, and the results were statistically analyzed. The results: HE4 and CA125 levels from serum of Ovarian cancer patients are(474.15 + 148.75 U/ml),(314.05-121.33 pmol/L), ovarian benign tumor group is significantly higher than CA125(33.23 + 9.25 U/ml) and HE4(44.89 + /- 12.91 pmol/L) and CA125 in the control group(17.71 + 8.93 U/ml) and HE4(30.11 + /-6.80 pmol/L), According to the standard of a = 0.05, three groups of patients serum HE4 and CA125 difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). HE4 and CA125 joint detection for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer specificity is 98.3%, compared with CA125 difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), there was no statistically significant difference compared with HE4. The accuracy of joint detection is 94.4%, compared with CA125 difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), there was no statistically significant difference compared with HE4. The joint predictive test positive value is 96.3%, compared with CA125 difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), there was no statistically significant difference compared with HE4.Conclusion: Separate detection of HE4 and CA125 from serum in ovarian cancer content is higher than that of ovarian benign tumor and healthy people. Specificity, accuracy, sensitivity, positive predictive value of HE4 single detection is higher than CA125 single detection, and statistically significant; This indicate that HE4 is better than CA125 in the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovarian cancer, is ideal tumor markers. Serum CA125 and HE4 with complementary effects in combined detection of ovarian malignant tumors. Avoid the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in single detection, There is important clinical significance for early diagnosis, differential diagnosis and postoperative recurrence, etc. of ovarian cancer.
