Objective:To preliminary explore the relationship between the state of anxiety and depression with the liver cirrhosis of patients,which came from the hospital in the region.It should provide the basis for using psychological therapy in the subsequent clinical work,and the ultimate aim is to improve the patient conditions,enhance the quality of patients life.Methods:Patients with the liver cirrhosis were collected from the Department of Gastroenterology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University,and the time permitted from August,2016 to November,2016.Patients' general information,the Child-pugh grades with hepatic cirrhosis providing severity were selected,and anxiety,depression with patients were measured by the questionnaire investigation of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),the self-rating depression scale(SDS)and domestic norm of SAS and SDS scores were control group.Results:The study included 29 male and 28 female patients.SAS standard score was46.848.24,SDS standard score was 48.648.31,they were all higher than domestic norm(P < 0.05).30 cases(52.63%)reached anxiety,including 29 cases(50.88%)belonged to mild level,1 case(1.75%)belonged to moderate level;28 cases(49.12%)reached depression,including 24 cases(41.11%)belonged to mild,4 cases(7.02%)belonged to moderate,severe of both two were not found;19cases(33.33%)reached anxiety and depression;Both SAS standard score and SDS standard score had an significant difference in different courses of disease and Child-Pugh class of cirrhosis(P < 0.05);On the age,marriage,SAS standard score was significant different(P < 0.05),but SDS standard score was not significant different(P > 0.05);SAS and SDS standard score both had no significant difference in gender,hospitalization days,the economy,education,health care(P > 0.05),but incidence rate of anxiety and depression with females(67.86%?53.57%?39.29%)was higher than males(37.93%?44.83%?27.59%);the cores of the lower income,the longer hospital time,the new rural cooperative medical care system were higher than controls.there was no significantly different in different types of cirrhosis(P>0.05),but the scores of SAS and SDS of HHC were highest in all.Conclusion:This study suggests that anxiety and depression are widespread existed in patients with hepatic cirrhosis,and influenced by many factors,and closely associated with hepatic cirrhosis progress;but we find that the mentality of some patients coming from the investigation is very well,their progressions of disease become slow,although longer course of the cirrhosis.Older women with lower income,satisfied marriage,the more severe liver damage,and diagnosed hybrid hepatic cirrhosis is the psychological barrier of high-risk groups,psychological treatment is necessary when conditions permitted.The conclusion prompt that we should pay a great attention to the problem of psychological mood of patients with the liver cirrhosis in clinical work,and we should take a treatment measures including psychological and physical therapy.
