| Objective To investigate the correlation of Cholinesterase (CHE),prothrombin time (PT), albumin(ALB)with different Child-Pugh classification inhepatic cirrhosis patients. Discuss the Clinical role of Cholinesterase (CHE).Methods Selecting106cases of hepatic cirrhosis at the infectious diseasesdepartment of the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical university from January2011to January2013. In these patients, Child-Pugh A (38), Child-Pugh B (41),Child-Pugh C (27). The serum CHE, ALB, PT of these cases wereretrospectively analyzed using the spss19.0. The ANOVA was used to comparethe group of A, B and C of Child-Pugh scores, S-N-K was used to compare in pairs,P<0.05showed statistic differences. Their clinical significance was appraised withSpearman’s correlation analysis and Multiple linear regression analysis. ResultsThe level of CHE, ALB declined and the level of PT increased with increasesgrading of Child-pugh classification (P<0.05) and the difference among the threegroups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Spearman’s correlation analysisshowed that PT was positively correlated with Child-Pugh grading(r=0.676,P<0.05), and that CHE was negatively correlated with Child-Pugh grading(r=-0.738,P<0.05), ALB was negatively correlated with Child-Pugh grading(r=-0.743,P<0.05), CHE was positively correlated with ALB(r=0.731,P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that factors influencingChild-Pugh score included CHE, ALB and PT. Conclusions Serum CHE, ALB and PT changed with different Child-Pugh classification and the difference amongthe three groups was statistically significant. CHE was correlated with ALB andChild-Pugh score. Serum CHE has obvious influence on Child-Pugh score and isan important fact in the clinical assessment of liver disease. |
