Study On Supply Side Reform Of Medical And Health Service In Qinhuangdao

Keeping healthy is our common goal,and the Medical and health services is related to everyone’s health and the social harmony.After several revolutions,China’s medical and health services has developed stably.However,while achieving positive results,it has accumulated a lot of problems.As an ordinary city,medical problems in Qinhuangdao are also deeply exposed.This article aims to analyze the problems and find the right way to solve them,so that we can promote the Medical and health services of Qinhuangdao city.When referring to the research methods and the content,this paper mainly begins with horizontal comparison and longitudinal comparison method to analyze health care reforms foreign and domestic to obtain universal experience.Then combined with the reality,this paper will find out the problems of the Medical and health services of Qinhuangdao city from the basic situation and the health status of Qinhuangdao residents,and the medical and health care situation.Inadequate government investment,unreasonable resource allocation,weak basic medical care and weak public health capacity are the basis for the proposed counter measures.The fifth chapter is the key chapter of this article.Combining with the experience of the previous three chapters and the existing problems in the medical and health services of Qinhuangdao,this chapter proposed solutions to solve these problems in aspects of fairness,the relationship between the government and the market,the supply and demand relationship,supervision and the establishment of evaluation system.In line with China’s new round of health care system reform,this paper puts forward feasible solutions which are helpful to solve the problem that getting medical service is becoming difficult and expensive and ease the doctor-patient conflicts.In the course of the research,this article takes the national policy as the guidance and makes in-depth study on Qinhuangdao’s medical problems with new terms,such as the "Supply-side reform" and so on.These all will be the creative achievements of this article.
