The Preliminary Analysis Of Epidemic Characteristics Of SFTSV Among Two Populations And Vector And Host Animals In Guiyang

Objective: We aim to investigate the epidemic characteristics of SFTSV among unpaid blood donations and the FUO patients in Guiyang city,and to investigate the infection status of SFTSV among the host and vector animals,to provide the data supporting for the prevention and control of emerging infectious diseases in Guiyang city.Methods:Blood samples of unpaid blood donors were collected in Guizhou Province Blood Center during 2015-2016,stored at-80? refrigerator.And the basic information were collected.The serum samples of the population were tested by ELISA(repeated detection),and the basic information were analyzed and the positive samples were tested for antibody titer.2.During 2015-2016,we collected 50 blood samples of FUO patients in Guizhou Province People's Hospital,and screened out the unknown cause of fever patients,according to clinical symptoms,left blood samples,stored at-80? refrigerator.Their basic information were collected.The serum samples of the population were tested by ELISA.All serum samples' nucleic acids were tested..3.The larvae were used to catch the rodents,spleens were treated,and stored in the EP tubes at-80? refrigerator.4.Take the cloth flag method to capture the ticks and store the ticks in the EP tubes at the-80? refrigerator.5.The rodents' and ticks' nucleic were tested by PCR amplification.Results: 1.There are 1187 samples of unpaid blood donors collected,screened positive samples were repeated confirmation test,repeated experiments showed a total of 63 positive SFTSV total antibody cases of the samples,accounting for 5.31% of the total unpaid blood donors.The titer of the positive samples of the blood donors was between 1:2 and 1:64.The positive rate during May to October is higher than November to April,the different is statistics significant;2.Collected 50 FUO patients,showed a total of 4 positive SFTSV total antibody cases,accounting for 8% of the total samples.The result of nucleic acid test is negative.3.Free ticks were caught in Guiyang city forest park,and parasitic ticks were caught in two pet hospitals.All nucleic detection results were negative.4.Rodents were caught near Dong mountain,and their nucleic detection results were negative.Conclusion: 1.A infection status probably exist in the unpaid blood donation population in Guiyang city;2.In the A infection status probably exist in the FUO patients;3.There is no SFTSV infection person found among the FUO patients.4.There is no SFTSV infection among the vector and host animals.
