The Effect Of Yiqiwenyanghuoxue Recipe On Inflammatory Cytokines And Clinical Curative Of Patients With Type 3 Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine Yiqiwenyanghuoxue on infla mmatory cytokines?endothelial function and clinical curative effect in stage 3 patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:Choose 60 patients who are in stage 3 with diabetic nephropathy,the patients should had taken on the treatment in gansu province second people?s hospital endocrinology outpatient between September 2014 and August 2015,The 60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,The control group given conventional western medicine therapy(hypoglycemic,antihypertensive,lipid and valsartan reduced urinary protein),The experimental group on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment to give Chinese medicine of Yiqiwenyanghuoxue group(daily one agent,water frying 400 ml,two oral sooner or later),treatment of 12 weeks.Observe the change of serum inflammatory factors(interleukin 6(IL-6)?tumor Serum inflammatory factors(interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF alpha),monocyte chemotactic protein(MCP-1)),endothelial dependent vasodilation(EDV),24-hour urine trace albumin(UAE),glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipid TC,total cholesterol,triglyceride(TG),abdominal fat and visceral fat content and the the symptom integral.Res?lt:1.Experimental index within the group:Experimental inflammatory markers in the treatment of 12 weeks(MCP-1,IL-6,TNF alpha),glycosylated hemoglobin,UAE,TC,TG,abdominal fat and visceral fat content before treatment were decreased,difference was statistically significant or significant statistical significance(P < 0.05 or P < 0.05),EDV there was no statistically significant difference compared with before treatment(P > 0.05);While the control group after 12 weeks of treatment,IL-6,TNF MCP-1-alpha,EDV,abdominal fat and visceral fat content compared with before treatment there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05),Glycated hemoglobin,UAE,TC,TG compared with before treatment difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Comparison between groups: after 12 weeks of treatment,two groups of MCP-1,IL-6,TNF alpha,glycosylated hemoglobin,UAE,lipids(TG,TC),abdominal fat and visceral fat content difference had statistical significance(P > 0.05).2.TCM symptoms curative effect comparison: the experimental group patients thirsty to drink more,lumbar acid back trapped,languid,main symptoms such as edema,cold,and cold limbs were compared with experimental at the time of 12 weeks at the start of the loss,efficient respectively: 92.3%,93%,93.3%,90%,93.3%;Control group patients in the treatment of 12 weeks of the above five kinds of symptom effectiveness respectively: 68%,72.4%,70%,70%,70%.Comparison between groups: in the treatment of 12 weeks,the above five main clinical symptoms group than the control group improved significantly,the comparison between the two groups of efficient the difference had statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion:The Chinese medcine Yiqiwenyanghuoxue group can reduce inflammatory factors in patients with stage 3 of diabetic nephropathy,reduce blood fat,abdominal fat and visceral fat content,it can improve patients' thirsty to drink more,back acid trapped,languid,cold symptoms,edema,and cold limbs and the Yiqiwenyanghuoxue group with conventional western medicine therapy is superior to western medicine routine treatment.
