Clinical Observation Of Pulsed Nd:YAG Laser Combined With TA In The Treatment Of Erosive Oral Lichen Planus

Objective:This paper will be combined with TA pulsed Nd:YAG laser irradiation therapy and conventional TA compared the clinical curative effect of erosive oral lichen planus,then observe the short-term clinical efficacy of TA combined with pulsed Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus,to provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of oral lichen planus.Method:In 2014 ~2015 years in the Affiliated Hospital of Bei Hua University Department of oral mucosa of patients,after 40 cases of clinical and pathological findings confirmed the diagnosis of oral erosive OLP patients were randomly divided into two groups: A group,B group,20 cases in each group.A group using TA combined with pulsed Nd:YAG laser irradiation for the experimental group,B TA group by simple closed treatment,as the control group.The initial state through observation and record the change of two cases of the average lesion area for 3 weeks,6 weeks,9 weeks and 12 weeks after the change of two groups of patients with pain after 12 weeks of treatment,and clinical efficacy after 12 weeks of treatment and observation of efficiency change,short-term clinical efficacy evaluation of TA combined with Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of oral cavity erosive lichen planus,postoperative adverse reaction.Result:The change in the average lesion area,sixth weeks A,B two group average lesion area reduction rate were 85.29%,63.53%,ninth weeks A,B two group average lesion area reduction rate were 89.25%,80.92%,Twelfth weeks A,B two group average lesion area reduction rate were 93.45%,86.47%,TA combined with pulsed Nd:YAG laser irradiation group and simple TA group closed at sixth weeks,ninth weeks after treatment for Twelfth weeks,there was significant difference(P < 0.05),indicating the efficacy of TA combined with pulsed Nd:YAG laser irradiation in the treatment of erosive OLP is better than TA closed treatment;TA combined with pulsed Nd:YAG laser irradiation group and simple TA closed group had no significant difference in the change of pain value and clinical curative effect(P > 0.05),after 12 weeks of treatment,A,B two group total effective rate was 95%,90%,the results showed that there were no significant differences between the two treatments in the control of pain and the relief of clinical symptoms and signs.Conclusion: The treatment of erosive OLP with TA combined with pulsed Nd:YAG laser can reduce the total dose of TA,relieve the pain and reduce the adverse reaction of patients with erosive OLP,and provide a new way for the treatment of erosive type of cancer.
