Objective Observating of tacrolimus and triamcinolone acetonide respectively in treating erosive OLP, the symptoms and signs of patients are whether to change, investigating the difference in clinical efficacy of tacrolimus and triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of erosive type of OLP patients. To provide further evidence for the treatment of clinical m e d i c a t i o n i n p a t i e n t s w i t h e r o s i v e O L P a n d s e e k mo r e t h e r a p e u t i c d r u g s.Methods 60 patients with erosive oral lichen planus who visited to the Department of Oral Mucosa in affiliated stomatological hospital of Ning Xia Medical University, were selected during the period of November 2013 to December 2014, and these 60 patients were divided into two groups A and B randomly according to the registration order. Group A was treated with 0.03% tacrolimus, and no gargling, eating, and swallowing in 1h after treatment, 3 times a day. The treatment course is 4 weeks. Group B was treated with triamcinolone acetonide 20 mg + 2% lidocaine 1ml, which were injected into the erosion of the mucosa base, once a week, and 4 weeks as an observation period. Both group A and B taken Total Glucoside of Paeony Capsule and dry wolfberry. Total Glucoside of Paeony Capsule: for oral administration, two tablets, and twice a day; Wolfberry: for oral administration, once a day, 20 g each time, and chewed. The erosion surface size of erosive of oral lichen planus and the ache degree are two observation indexes. Comparing the clinical symptoms and signs of improvement of two groups before and after treatment in 4 weeks. The total efficiency is the index to judge the curative effect, and observing the medicine adverse reactions and recurrence of two groups. Processing data by the SPSS19.0 professional statistical software package, and comparing the effects of two kinds of drugs.Result The curative effects are obvious both topical application of 0.03% Tacrolimus Ointmentclinical and triamcinolone acetonide acetate in treating erosive oral lichen planus, the erosion surface area decreased, the degree of pain in patients were ease. The two groups were compared, the total efficiency of tacrolimus is 93.3%, the total efficiency of triamcinolone acetonide acetate is 76.7%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The tacrolimus group showed its effect with time of 16.29±7.57 days, and the triamcinolone acetonide group showed its effect with time of 15.60±6.57 days, P>0.05, no significant difference. During the treatment of two groups, the adverse reactions of the tacrolimus group were found in 1 case, triamcinolone acetonide was found 2 cases of adverse reactions, the adverse reaction rate on tacrolimus and triamcinolone was 3.33% and 6.67% respectively, P>0.05, no significant difference. After cured of two groups, with following up for 3 months, the rate of recurrence of the tacrolimus group was 11.76%; the triamcinolone group was 20%, P>0.05, no significant difference.Conclusion1. Both tacrolimus ointment and triamcinolone acetonide treat erosive OLP can obtain the better curative effect.2. The clinical curative effect of topical application of 0.03%Tacrolimus Ointment is better than that of local injection of triamcinolone acetonide acetate in treatment of erosive OLP.
