Objective: In a variety of malignancies, the incidence of bone metastases in lung cancer is relatively high, and NSCLC is a common type in the cytopathological type of lung cancer. At the same time, prophylactic treatment of primary early breast cancer bone metastases has made great progress, but for the prevention of bone metastases in lung cancer is still in the exploratory stage, consider the current non-small cell lung cancer patients with bone metastases of standardized diagnosis and treatment Guidelines. This study was designed to correlate the factors of bone metastasis with NSCLC in patients with NSCLC,and to correlate each coagulation function together with ALP to predict the risk of bone metastases. To provide information on NSCLC bone metastases in clinicians and to determine coagulation Abnormalities associated with high risk factors(such as thrombotic disease)on the diagnosis of bone metastases,to establish high risk of bone metastases. Methods: This paper retrospectively analyzed patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma and lung adenocarcinoma who were treated at the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from October 2011 to July 2015.The patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)And non-bone metastasis group, and then through the multivariate analysis to find the independent risk factors of bone metastasis, bone metastases will be diagnosed and the progress of bone metastases during hospitalization, respectively, before and after the progress of the Coagulation function of the indicators, alkaline phosphatase by matching,to further study the impact of non-small cell lung cancer in patients with bone metastasis of the possible influencing factors for analysis.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS13.0 statistical software. The descriptive analysis of the data of the clinical data was performed by 2 test. The descriptive analysis of the test data was expressed by T test. The risk factors of bone metastasis in patients with non-small cell lung cancer were studied by Logistic regression. The risk factors associated with progression of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)were studied by conditional logistic regression.Set the test level ?=0.05,with P<0.05 that has a statistical difference. Results:Relationship between general condition and bone metastasis in NSCLC patients: 352 cases of non-small cell lung cancer were treated with thrombosis(?2=11.590,P=0.001<0.05),T4 and N3(?2=24.066,P=0.000<0.05;?2=40.279,P=0.000<0.05;)had a statistically significant effect on the incidence of bone metastases in NSCLC patients. There was no significant difference in the incidence of bone metastasis between the different age groups, sex, pathology, smoking history and EGFR gene mutation status.(t=-4.560,P=0.000<0.05),APTT(t=-6.195,P=0.000<0.05),and the relationship between coagulation dysfunction and bone metastasis in NSCLC patients was significantly higher than that in NSCLC patients.(t=2.06,P=0.046<0.05),and the expression of D-2g(t=11.611,P=0.000<0.05),platelet count(t=2.014,P=0.046<0.05)The incidence of bone metastasis was statistically significant. There was no statistically significant difference between the remaining PTR,PA,INR,partial thromboplastin ratio and thrombin ratio in the bone metastasis group and the non-bone metastasis group.NSCLC patients with bone metastasis risk factors: the use of Logistic regression statistical methods for multivariate analysis found that patients with elevated platelets,fibrinogen,D-2 polymer content increased,APTT shortened in the T4 and N3 is a risk factor for bone metastases in patients with non-small cell lung cancer. The chi-square test suggests that the coefficients of these variables are statistically significant(?2=21.047,P<0.000).Non-small cell lung cancer in patients with advanced bone metastases risk factors: hospitalized a total of 8 patients with bone metastases progress, using 1: 2 matching principle, the progress of patients with age, gender, lung cancer pathology, smoking, etc.to match(?2=1.054,P=0.036<0.005),APTT(?2=-1.023,P=0.41 <0.005),D-2(?2=1.455,P=0.009<0.005),and the effect of BAL on the progression of bone metastases in lung cancer patients was(?2=1.455,P=0.009 <0.005).Conclusion:1 There was no significant correlation between the age, sex, smoking history, pathologic type and EGFR gene mutation in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.2 Increased alkaline phosphatase activity,fibrinogen,D-2 polymer content,APTT shortening,T4 and N3 stage of non-small cell lung cancer patients with bone metastasis risk factors, suggesting that poor prognosis should be carried out as soon as possible Sexual precautions.3 Alkaline phosphatase activity and D-2 polymer content increased,APTT shortening of non-small cell lung cancer patients with bone metastases in the risk of bone metastases, but also should pay attention to clinicians.
