Objective: To analyze the relationship between the coagulation parameters and clinicopathological features in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and analyze the relevant risk factors of patients with venous thromboembolism(VTE).Methods: A total of 365 diagnosed patients with NSCLC were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, collected its coagulation index levels and patient-related clinical pathology data, analyze the relationship between the two.Clarified the incidence of VTE in these patients simultaneously, the clinical data and coagulation parameters of the VTE group and the non-VTE group were compared to explore possible risk factors for VTE.Results: Compared with female, the levels of APTT,PT were prolonged, the FIB level was increased in male;the D-D levels in patients?60 years were higher than <60 years;the FIB and D-D levels in patients with positive lymph node invasion were higher than in negative patients, and the APTT level was shortened;the patients with distant metastasis had higher levels of FIB,PLT and D-D than those without distant metastasis.Compared with squamous cell carcinoma patients, the FIB and D-D levels in adenocarcinoma patients were increased.Compared with patients with stage ?-?,the levels of FIB and D-D in patients with stage ?-? were increased. And 27 of them combined with VTE,found patients with distant organ metastasis, late stage, and adenocarcinoma were more likely to develop VTE.The levels of D-D and PLT in the VTE group were higher than in the non-VTE group. Conclusion: Coagulation dysfunction has a certain correlation with tumor growth and migration.NSCLC patients with distant organ metastasis, late staging, and adenocarcinoma are more likely to develop VTE.Among them, patients with higher D-D and PLT values should consider thepossibility of VTE events.
