Objective : Investigate the clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of hepatic cancer after microwave ablation using contrast enhanced ultrasonography of Contrast pules sequencing.Method:Collection of 41 patients with hepatic cancer that treated with percutaneous MWA from March 2015 to October 2016 in the Department of hepatobiliary Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University and the Department of interventional ultrasound of Qinghai People's Hospital,Total ablation of cancer nodules 53 and Their age ranged from 23-74 years old, with an average age of 54.7±10.5 years,There were 29 males and 12 females, and Primary liver cancer in 22 cases, metastatic liver cancer in 19 cases.First of all,the conventional color Doppler scan of the liver sections,a preliminary diagnosis; Then open the CPS contrast mode,CEUS examination, detailed recording results. All patients underwent CECT examination at the same time, and were followed up for more than June years,Then compared to the results of CEUS(accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, misdiagnosis rate, missed diagnosis rate)and the results of CECT and results of followed up for more than 6months of the final clinical diagnosis,Objective to investigate the value of CEUS in evaluating the short-term curative effect of MWA therapy for liver cancer.Result:Close follow-up of more than six months,53 tumor nodules after MWA treatment of the 45 tumor nodules were completely ablated, and the Local survival or recurrence of the 8 tumor nodules. The accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of CEUS were 92.45%(49/53)?62.50%(5/8)?97.78%(44/45)?2.22%(1/45)?37.50%(3/8);The accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of CECT were 94.34%(50/53)?75.00%(6/8)?97.78%(44/45)?2.22%(1/45)?25.00%(2/8).There was no significant difference between CEUS and CECT in the treatment of Local survival or recurrence of hepatic cancer after MWA treatment(X2=0,P=1.000>0.05).The accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of the two methods were 94.34%(50/53),87.50%(7/8),95.56%(43/45),4.44%(2/45),and12.50%(1/8).Conclusion:The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of CEUS and CECT in the treatment of hepatic cancer after MWA were not significantly different,So CEUS can be used as a reliable imaging method to evaluate whether there is local residual or recurrent tumor after MWA treatment; The two methods can complement each other and evidence each other, increase the sensitivity and reduce the rate of missed diagnosis.
