Objective: This research mainly discuss the diagnostic value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound ?mammography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with mammography in benign and malignant breast tumors?Methods: Sixty-one patients with breast lumps were selected from September 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital,they all had breast surgery,and did not give any clinical intervention.Collect the information of patient at length.First,get the best aspect through conventional and color Doppler ultrasound;Then poured into SONOVUE 2.4ml by elbow vein rapidly,after that 5 ml of normal saline is injected quickly.Switch to the contrast mode,observe dynamically 180 seconds,observe that the contrast agent into and out of the mass,the scope and the two-dimensional comparison whether is different In this process.All the pictures and review process both exist on disk.Selected the parts for lesions and normal tissue around as region of interest,draw the time-intensity curves,we can make judgments about disease according to angiographic features.We can make judgments about disease according to the size,shape and calcification of the tumor through mammography.And the contrast-enhanced ultrasound and mammography results compared with the postoperative pathological findings,and all the results were analyzed.Results: Through Pathological findings,it was found that there were forty-three malignant lesions and eighteen benign diseases.Forty-two cases of malignant tumor were diagnosed by contrast-enhanced,the left was benign lesion,the accuracy of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography was 78.68%,the probability of missing was 16.27%,and the probability of error diagnosis was 33.33%;There were forty-one cases of malignant lesions were confirmed by mammography,the left was benign lesion,the degree of exactitude was 70.49%,the probability of missing was 23.25%,and the probability of error diagnosis was 44.44%;Forty-four cases of malignant tumor were diagnosed by contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with mammography,the left was benign lesion,the degree of exactitude was 95.08%,the probability of missing was 2.32%,and the probability of error diagnosis was11.11%.Ultrasound characteristics mainly performance non-enhanced enhancement and homogeneous enhancement,Time-intensity curves of this group displayed “fast wash in and fast washout”?“slow Wash in and fast washout”type.Most of the mammography showed slight calcification on edge and edge burr.The coincidence rate of contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined mammography in benign and breast cancer was higher than the single method(P< 0.05).Conclusion: The combination of the two approaches can enhance the coincidence rate in benign and malignant breast tumors,It can make patients timely get treatment in time,reduce the incidence of missed diagnosis and incorrect diagnosis,then we can improve the life of patient.
