| Objective:To investigate the relationship between different levels of blood pressure and indirect bilirubin(IBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL),total bilirubin(TBIL)and vascular endothelial dilation(FMD).Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,32 patients with hypertension were selected from Department of Cardiology in Affiliated Hospital of XX University, including hypertension, hypertension, and hypertension,in which there were a total of 1 patients with hypertension, and a total of 2 patients with hypertension of grade 40,and a total of 3 patients with hypertension of grade 36.All the patients with hypertension and physical examination were collected from our hospital in the morning of the next day of the Department of laboratory venous blood5 ml,centrifuged after the detection of three levels of serum bilirubin. All the selected patients and healthy persons were measured by our department of ultrasound technicians, referring to Celemajer[1]and other methods to measure brachial artery blood flow mediated vasodilation(FMD).Variance analysis was used to compare the differences between the groups, and 22 were compared with Q test.Using SPSS 21 statistical software to analyze the data,P < 0.05 as the difference was statistically significant. Results: The level of DBIL in healthy control group was higher than that of grade 1hypertension(P>0.05).The level of DBIL in patients with grade 1 hypertension was higher than that of grade 2 hypertension(DBIL),which was higher than that of grade3 hypertension(DBIL)and P<0.05.The level of IBIL in healthy control group was higher than that of grade 1 hypertension, which was higher than that of grade 2hypertension,which was higher than that of grade 3 hypertension and P<0.05.The level of TBIL in healthy control group was higher than that of grade 1 hypertension, which was higher than that of grade 2 hypertension, which was higher than that of grade 3 hypertension and P<0.05.The level of FMD in healthy control group was higher than that of grade 1 hypertension, which was higher than that of grade 2hypertension,which was higher than that of grade 3 hypertension and P<0.05.FMD was positively correlated with serum IBIL,DBIL and TBIL(r=0.433,P<0.05;r=0.218,P<0.05;r=0.446,P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with healthy control group, the levels of IBIL and TBIL were decreased in patients with hypertension. The levels of IBIL,DBIL and TBIL decreased gradually with the increase of hypertension. The level of FMD in healthy control group was higher than that in hypertension group, and decreased gradually with the increase of blood pressure. The lower the level of FMD,the lower the level of IBIL,DBIL and TBIL in patients with hypertension. |
