| Objective Exploring effective strategies to improve the treatment for the patients with thrombotic occlusive vasculitis(Buerger disease)by comparing the clinical efficacy of cocktail therapy and simple drug therapy. Methods 58 patients with buerger disease were investigated by a retrospective study from January 2014 to January 2016 in Gansu Province Hospital Vascular Surgical,These patients were divided into two groups,30 patients of the experimental group were treated with cocktail therapy, and 28 cases of control group were treated with simple drug therapy, respectively. The clinical data of the patients, including ABI,Walking distance, the average hospitalized day, pain scores, were recorded and analyzed by Student’s t test and Chi-square test. Results The results showed that the effective rate is 76.7%(23/30)in the cocktail treatment group, the efficiency was 60.7%(17/28)in control group, improving ischemic symptoms, walking distance and ABI was significantly associated with cocktail therapy(χ2=5.56,P=0.049).Conclusion Cocktail therapy was better than the simple drug therapy to improve ischemic symptoms and enhencing maximum walking distance,ABI,reliving pain, and the quality of life of patients with buerger disease. |
