Study To Ginkgo Leaf Extract And Dipyridamole Injection Affect After The Artificial Hip Joint Replacement

Objective:Study to Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection after the Artificial hip joint replacement hemorrheology the impact of changes in, Compared with Ligustrazine to cut down Blood Viscosity aspect merit and demerit.Methods:From June 2008 to May 2009,60 patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty in the Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine hospltal were randomized into 2 groups.A group(30 cases) for the Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole group,B group(30 cases) for the ligustrazine group.A group started 1d before surgery,intravenous gingko 20ml +5%GS250ml;B Group started 1d before surgery,intravenous Ligustrazine 160mg +5%GS250ml,the two groups were once daily medication for 10 days,surgical methods and other postoperative management of the same.Observation of postoperative wound drainage and swelling of limbs and blood rheology before and after operation to change the situation.Results:Two sets of shear rate in ld after operation have risen(P＜0.05),and gradually decreased at 7d after operation reduced to preoperative levels,the two groups after operation after operation than 7d obvious 1d decreased(P＜0.01),A,B Comparison between the efficacy,with a T test group A than B shear on the impact of the decline more evident(P＜0.05);drainage volume of A group and B group is not statistically significant;after 3d lower limb circumference increased significantly lower than preoperatively(P＜0.05), 7d gradually eased,with no significant difference in preoperative(P＞0.05); injection Ligustrazin Yinxingdamo than injection injection operation costs low,the difference obviously;Yinxingdamo of adverse drug reactions than TMP, but P＞0.05,no significant difference.Conclusion:although injection ligustrazine is less untoward reaction and more cheap,both sides comparison with hemorrheologic alteration distinction notable,gingko is more o cut down Blood Viscosity.
