Objective: To investigate the correlation relationship between anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide(anti-CCP)antibody and rheumatoid arthritis(RA)with Interstitial Lung Disease(ILD).Methods: 241 patitents with RA were collected in Department of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine of First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from May 2013 to Feb 2016,which male in 55 cases, female in 186 cases and with an average age of 56.The patients were randomly grouped according to the chest X-ray and/or chest high-resolution CT(HRCT): the group with ILD was in 65 cases(26.97%)and simple RA group with 176 cases(73.03%).Univariate analyses were applied by t test and ?~2 test, and then, significant clinical factors were used for further multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results: The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistical differences in the mean of anti-CCP antibody(226.46±132.20 vs 148.51±73.96U/ml,t=-2.81,P=0.005),theage(63.26±12.11vs53.47± 13.56/years,t=-5.39,P=0.000),thesmoking history(20%vs13.07%,?~2= 6.92,P=0.009),the number of the affected joint(13.4±5.04 vs 11.6±5.61/joints,t=-2.34,P=0.021),and the disease duration(105.22±104.19 vs 69.71 ±94.13/months,t=-2.52,P=0.012)between two groups. There were no statistical differences of gender distribution, rheumatoid factor(RF),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),platelet(PLT),C3,C4 and Ig A,Ig G between the two groups(all P > 0.05).The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the CCP antibody(?~2=4.509 OR=1.002 P=0.034)and the age(?~2=16.203 OR=1.058 P=0.000)were independent risk factors for the development of RA patients with ILD.The stratified tests showed that the percentage of patients with high level anti-CCP(? 300 u/ml)in RA-ILD group was significantly higher than that in simple RA group(35.38% vs 20.44%,P=0.009).Conclusion: Age and high levels of anti-CCP antibody may be closely related to the progression of ILD in RA patients,so HRCT shoud be early checked in order to early diagnosis and treatment.
