Objective This article through a variety of factors in RA patients to study the clinical characteristics of RA-ILD and the related risk factors of RA-LID.These factors include age of onset, sex, course of disease, number of affected joints, antinuclear antibody, antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies,anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibodies, rheumatoid factor,C-reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentation rate. Methods Collect 204 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients as inpatients from July 2012 to June 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University.Patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups according to the diagnostic criteria of ILD.There were 139 patients with simple rheumatoid arthritis(RA group)and 65 patients with rheumatoid arthritis with interstitial lung disease(RA-ILD group).Collect the observation indexes of two groups of experimental subjects(age, gender, duration of disease, number of affected joints,ANA,ANCA,anti-CCP,RF,CRP,ESR),then to study the correlation between these indices and rheumatoid arthritis with interstitial lung disease.Statistical analysis of the collected data was performed using SPSS 19.0 software. The t-test was used to compare the data of the two groups of data, and the chi-square test was used to compare the ratios between groups.Single factor Logistic regression model was used to calculate OR and 95%CI.Results 1.The age, course of disease, number of affected joints, average value of RF and CRP,male ratio of 65 patients in RA-ILD group were 65.94±9.17,10.65±8.85,15.26±6.07,(677.23±209.29)U/L,(55.97±21.24)mg/L,53.85% respectively. The age, course of disease, number of affected joints, average value of RF and CRP,male ratio of 139 patients in RA group were 55.13±10.72,7.39±5.10,12.26±6.66,(331.21±125.31)U/L,(36.23±17.65)mg/L,23.74% respectively.By statistical processing, the P value was less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.2.The positive rate of ANA,the positive rate of ANCA,the positive rate of anti-CCP and the average value of ESR of 65 patients in RA-ILD group were respectively 55.38%,24.62%,75.38%,(65.28±23.98)mm/h.And The positive rate of ANA,the positive rate of ANCA,the positive rate of anti-CCP and the average value of ESR of 139 patients in RA group were respectively 52.52%,17.99%,66.91%,(58.64±25.05)mm/h.By statistical processing,P value is greater than 0.05,there was no statistically significant difference.3.To observe the difference between the two groups in high titer anti-CCP in RA-ILD group and RA group: The positive rates of RA-ILD group and RA group were 43.07% and 25.90% respectively, when anti-CCP was more than 150 IU / ml,Chi-square test,P value is 0.02;The positive rates of RA-ILD group and RA group were 38.46% and 20.14% respectively, when the anti-CCP was greater than 200 IU/ml,Chi-square test,P value is 0.00.So the difference between the two groups of data was statistically significant.4.To analyze the factors such as Age,male,Course of disease,Painful swollen joints,RF,CRP and high titer anti-CCP,in Logistic regression analysis showed that old year, long course of disease, male, high titer anti-CCP is the risk factors. Conclusion It was found that older age, long course, male and high titer anti-CCP were the risk factors of RA-ILD,by Logistic regression analysis.RA patients with high risk factors should pay close attention to the lungs.
