glands.3.Summary produce carbon nano-technology applications in clinical practice.Method:This method is mainly used to collect random data acquisition which is the case Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University of laparoscopic department,collecting these cases from the time 2014.4-2015.4 highly suspected unilateral thyroid cancer and met the inclusion criteria,except for the following special circumstances of 40 people,including the situation of these people past history of thyroid surgery,serious illness accompanied by severe complications,non-glandular papillary thyroid cancer,thyroid cancer neck patient lymph node metastasis occurs,the remaining non-special cases were randomly divided into two groups: carbon nano-surgery group,this group of patients in the experimental group;conventional surgery group,this group was the control group.After the experimental group revealed a clear location of the tumor in the gland and surgery before routine thyroid cancer surgery,the first of thyroid nano carbon injection and Injection during surgery.Just follow the normal control group,thyroid cancer surgery can be done.Observe and record the experimental group and the control group in patients undergoing capacity bleeding,surgical wound drainage content throughout the time of surgery,postoperative recovery time in hospital records,parathyroid mistakenly cut the number of patients,reduced serum calcium in patients after surgery,the central lymphadenectomy group and the number of lymph node metastasis rate,if hoarse voice hoarse after surgery and the extent of the above analysis of the situation.Result:1.General information data: the patient in line with the above standard test randomly selected 40 patients in the experimental group and the control group of 20 cases.Experimental group of male patients in 6 cases,14 cases of female patients,mean age 48.80 ± 11.22 years;male control group 4 patients,female patients of 16 cases,the average age at 49.40 ± 13.50 years.No significant difference between the two groups after contrast examination for age,sex,serum calcium before surgery,preoperative PTH values above test value(P> 0.05)comparison of the two groups.2.Experimental group and control group of patients throughout the time of surgery,hospital recovery days after surgery,the incision blood flow,wound drainage after surgery,from the data survey shows that the average surgery is the time at 120.00 ± 19.47 minutes,the operation of the control group time was 115.50 ± 13.85 minutes,and the number of hospital days in the experimental group,the average postoperative hospital stay was 5.40 ± 1.23 days and the average number of days hospitalized patients in the control group was 4.80 ± 0.77 days for patients in the experimental group average blood loss was 22.00 ± 7.01 ml the control group with an average blood loss was 24.00 ± 12.18 ml,the experimental group were cut drainage 35.00 ± 7.05 ml,control patients incision drainage 33.00 ± 8.10 ml,two groups of four in this regard,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).3.Experimental group and control group patients comparative analysis of relevant data in surgery: parathyroid glands,central lymph node dissection surgery,the number of lymph node metastasis after surgery,patients in the experimental group,20 cases of parathyroid error occurred in one patient cut,cut error rate of 5%,while the control group of seven patients mistakenly cut,mistakenly cut rate accounted for 35% of parathyroid control group was significantly higher than that mistakenly cut cut error rates in the experimental group,which was statistically significant(P <0.05);the number of patients with lymph node clearance operation,the experimental group of patients clear the 152 lymph nodes,average 7.60 ± 2.52 each case,while the control group in the central lymph node dissection number 94,with an ave rage of 4.70 ± 2.52.Clearly,the number of the control group was significantly lower than the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);patients in the control group of lymph node metastasis was 10% in the experimental g roup was 10% in patients with metastasis,lymph node metastasis groups the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).4.Comparison of recoverability and hoarseness after a transient decrease calcium circumstances patients in the experimental group and the control group occurred: the experimental group and control group postoperative hoarseness recoverability number of cases patients were 2(of which 10 per cent)and 6(which accounted for 30%)showed no significant difference(P> 0.05);and in the control group of patients had a transient decrease serum calcium in patients with a total of seven(percentage 35%)of a total of three patients(15% percent),through data analysis and comparison,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.During the thyroid cancer surgery,the application of nano-carbon does not cause more blood loss and postoperative incision drainage increase without prolonged operative time and postoperative hospital stay.2.From the above data that the application of nano carbon lymph tracer in thyroid cancer surgery,you can greatly improve the central area of lymph node clearance.3.Thyroid cancer surgery using nano carbon tracers with high security and do not lead to more other damage,protect the parathyroid function.
